About: I’ve been dog-sitting for the past four years, and I grew up with multiple Australian Shepherds in my house. I am a big runner and love taking dogs hiking and running with me too. This past summer I worked as a vet tech at an animal hospital back home in Nashville and raised a new puppy of my own. I have dog sat for new puppies and older dogs with multiple medications/ointments and everything in between! I am currently a student at UNC Chapel Hill so I am in class for about 4 hours/day, but other than that my schedule is very flexible. I cannot care for pets in my home currently, but in clients’ homes I make sure to spend time with the animals and usually play with them in the yard (if possible) and take them on walks around the neighborhood or drive them to the park to go for a hike.

About: Hi! I'm a full time stay at home mom of two kids and a pet parent of two furry family members, Togo (our beloved dog) and Ninja our cat. About: Growing up with parents that loved to pick up strays my love for animals came naturally. I grew up taking care of dogs and cats from all different shapes and sizes. “Kate had an important work activity in the middle of Kai's stay with her and it was a bit of a challenge finding another sitter at such short time. She was willing to cancel her work commitment if we were not able to find Kai a sitter but luckily everything was sorted out at the last minute. Thank you Kate for your commitment.”
