Sarah was fantastic! She took great care of my 2 dogs and cat while I was away and I am extremely happy with her work. Sarah communicates well and she is very responsive. She sent many pictures of my pets including my dogs playing in the yard which made me feel reassured that they were doing well while I was away. We will definitely ask her to work with us again!
This was my first time leaving my cats with a stranger, and Rachel couldn’t have been a better pick for it. We arranged a meet & greet a few days prior so she could get the lay of the land and let the cats warm up to her. One of my cats hides from new people, the other lashes out. Rachel somehow made them both feel safe enough to be present and curious - the snippy one even genuinely liked her by the end of it! Each morning and night I looked forward to her Rover cards, and really enjoyed watching my babies get more and more comfortable with her.
