Jess is exactly what we were hoping for. We have a 14 yr old, set in her ways, separation anxious pup! Jess works from home so was perfect for Lexi! We had a meet and greet a couple weeks ahead of time to go over Lexi’s 2 page “instruction manual”. Jess seemed very much at ease as did Lexi. Jess did not disappoint. We communicated multiple times a day with pictures of both what we were doing and they were doing. Jess quickly became a part of the family and we could tell Lexi was very happy. We think they both had some separation anxiety when we returned. I should also mention Lexi has a medication schedule which was easily accommodated. We will definitely use Jesse again soon!
Leshalyn was absolutely amazing, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better first Rover experience. Leaving Teegan and Ivy for three nights was a little nerve-wracking, but she made me feel completely at ease from the moment she arrived. Her communication was incredible. She sent multiple photos and videos every day, along with thoughtful updates that made it so easy to see how happy and well cared for they were. It was obvious that she genuinely enjoyed spending time with them and treated them like they were her own. Coming home to two happy, relaxed pets meant everything to me. I’m so grateful for the care and attention she gave them, and I would trust her with them again without hesitation. Thank you, Leshalyn, for taking such wonderful care of my babies.
