About: I’m a licensed attorney and an animal lover at heart. I grew up surrounded by animals, in a home with a dog and four cats. I frequently care for my neighbor and friends’ pets when they are out of town, and have two cats of my own. I also have 3 years of volunteer experience at a no-kill animal shelter, and am comfortable giving medications and handling any special health or behavioral needs. I have experience caring for dogs that require frequent potty breaks due to age or medical condition; as well as those with Arthritis, recovering injuries, or other mobility concerns. Similarly, I have cared for cats of all ages and temperaments, including those with medical vulnerabilities (seizures, kidney disease, cancer, incontinence issues). I have also worked with former ferals, and am happy to care for those who may be especially shy or anxious around unfamiliar faces and disrupted routines. I understand how important it is to have someone you can trust look after your pet. I value reliability and communication, and strive to provide the upmost care. I can’t wait to meet your fur babies! I work fully remote, so I have plenty of flexibility when caring for your pets. I update my calendar frequently, and am happy to work with your schedule. During housesits, I will make your home my base camp so pets will not be left alone for extended periods. I will be sure to communicate with you to ensure your expectations for drop in visits or house sitting are fully met. I’m here for any special care requests. I’ll check in after each drop-in session with plenty of photos of your pet and a rundown on the visit. I typically provide two updates mid-morning and evening each day while house sitting. I always include detailed information about your pet’s activity and behavior, along with lots of photos and videos documenting the day. However, I am happy to provide updates at your preferred frequency. I am always available and responsive during visits should you have any questions or requests.

About: I have been around dogs my whole life. Dogs seem to take to me well. I’ve worked as a junior groomer for a few months and trained my own dog. Not professionally, but he listens and understands. I’ve always loved dogs and been an animal person! I have an almost 4 month old baby so I have been a SAHM. I love to work and would like to help my family more. This way I can be at home loving on my son and also your fur babies! We just moved into our forever home due to my husband being retired Navy. We got married in Hawaii where he was stationed and I grew up. Our neighborhood was military and I would watch peoples dogs, board, check ins, walks. I worked at a doggie daycare and became close with a client who would bring her dog over to me to watch instead. Also, became very close with some people in the neighborhood whom I’ve take care of their dogs and now can say are friends like family!

About: Hi All, My name is Alessandria but I prefer to be called Alekx and no the K is not a typo. My hair color is subject to change but it's just dyed hair braided into my natural hair. I have been caring for animals professionally since 2006, until 2013 where I took a leap in a different field of work. I use to move all over the country but I am home and hoping to start pet sitting as my main job. I have a guinea pig by the named Tikka Teacake and she is a little siren but she is my 3rd guinea pig. I am a non-smoker and prefer days curled up with fluffy creatures and a good book. In regards to my experience I have worked at pets resorts such as Sunny Acres where I had a few loyal dogs that I dearly miss. I have owned large dog breeds my whole life and grew up with pure breed Rottweilers, German Shepherd mixes, and my current lovely mutt. I have been doing home pet sitting for over a decade. I usually spend most the day when I am at home entertaining my pets or letting them have free run of the backyard with regular check ins. I make sure that their food is good for their stomach, their daily exercise if playing outside with a normal dose of petting and grooming. I recently got off of medical leave so I have started short nightly walks and we work out together to stay happy and healthy. I am a big night owl so I love watching my dogs snore about. A safe home is one your pet recognizes as the pack den. I care for all pets with repetitive training, health care checks, grooming, and dental care as long as they will let me. I love to make a home pet safe by avoiding choking hazards and loose cables. (Mainly because my guinea pig is a little menace). Medications are taken with timers and usually snuck into foods. I like keeping basic training habits are maintained so that the pets do not unlearn anything their humans have taught them.

About: I have had dogs since I was a child. Cats since I was in the military and we are a happy home with mixed breeds all loving and living under one roof. I have a flexible schedule I have one pup daily I am fully committed to walking around lunchtime. Fenced yard. I can drop by and provide walks also. Whatever you need. Cats…dogs…snakes…monkeys…. Whatever your requirements we can meet them. I am wide open. My dogs and cats have freedom inside and outside. Let get it done together!

About: I've taken care of both mine and my grandmother's animals for many years. I have experience caring for both young and senior cats and dogs, as well as staying overnight to care for animals. My family has had two dogs and three cats, and my grandmother has had one dog and three cats. I have very open availability so I will be able to housesit or drop by to take care of your pet anytime. For housesitting, I can stay overnight and most of the day, but I will leave sometimes during the day to go home and freshen up. I won't leave for more than two hours. I am very accommodating for different personalities. If your pet loves to cuddle up, perfect! If they want some space to get used to me, they've got it! I'm used to working with animals to adapt to what they are most comfortable with.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of all ages and sizes (as well as cats) since high school. I have two cats of my own, and grew up with (big) dogs. I’m very comfortable with both overnight stays and drop-in care. I also have lots of experience with multi-pet homes. I’m currently working part-time in the summer, and will be taking college classes starting in September. I’m always free to drop in for mealtimes and walks, and either in the morning or evening can provide more in-depth attention. I am only able to work in clients homes, where I can adapt to any environment necessary, from long walks to backyard play to crate training.

About: While your pets are in my care, they will be treated as if they were my own. I will assist you in training your puppy to master the basic commands: sit, stay, and come. I am retired so your pet care is my first responsibility. During the summer, I will walk in the morning with potty breaks in the afternoon if it's too hot. During winter, if the weather doesn't permit driving, I will contact you and ensure that as soon as I can drive, I will be there to give your pet much-needed potty breaks and playtime. About: I have grown up around animals my whole life including dogs and cats! I am a dog owner and trained her myself. I love to volunteer at my local animal shelter. I have medical education and experience to care for your animals medical needs! I am a current PA school graduate living at home therefore have a very flexible schedule for whatever you need! About: Every dog I meet is a companion full of joy, and excitement. I can't wait to be your canine's next good friend! Experience: At the age of 3 I immediately knew I loved dogs. As I grew, I took steps to surround myself with them. For 3 years in high school I volunteered at my local animal shelter taking all types of dogs on walks, bathing them, and working with them. Then, for two years I worked in a veterinarians office as an assistant due to my undying love of each and every dog. I have hosted dogs in my home in the past here on Rover over the course of 3 years, but now I am operating my fish farm, I am happy to drop in for your animals while you are away. I can give long walks, administer medication, drop in for feeding and litter box scraping, house sit, or farm sit (explicit experience with chicks/chickens/horses/fish/reptiles). In my home, my dog lives a life of luxury. I have a philosophy of observing an animal intensely and observing what they may need or want. About: I’ve pet sat my friends animals, and they’ve had so many! Senior dogs that have accidents and have behavioral issues. Exotic pets, of many kids. Every morning, I fill the cat and water bowl in my room, weekly I clean the bowls. For my dogs, whenever my parents don’t feed them cause they are out, I feed them and fill their water. I brush their coats, and try to give them baths every few weeks or so! However the pet parents would like, but I care for what is best for their health. I understand each pet is different and needs different things. I can bathe the animals depending on behavior, my right leg doesn't haven't as much feeling since surgery and cant handle a lot of big pressure.

About: I have always had a dog in my life. I have watched friends and family member pets for years as well. You can count on me. I will be there for you. Your fury bud is family. I would flexible jobs were I make my own schedule. You can count on me. I would rather watch at the owners home I live in a small apartment and it’s no fun.
