Longest I've kept one dog is for 2 weeks. I love taking care of dogs as if they were my own. Currently live in Durham, NC in my childhood home. I work from home, so I'm the perfect sitter that can entertain your dog while you're at work, away on vacay/trip, or just need some me time. I am a patient person and do have experience training a couple of dogs from not fearing their crate, knowing boundaries within house, and cease whining. I work from home Monday-Friday from 8-4:30 pm. I occasionally have appts and other events on the weekends, including attending church worship service. I'm at home the majority of the time. I have a pretty open concept in my house, but I close off doors to bedrooms and bathroom. I sometimes close off my hallway to keep in a secluded place in case of visitors or go to sleep at night. I take dogs out on leash, I currently do not have a fenced yard. I spend quality time with them and engage often and show plenty of love.

About: My name is Dylan and I have lived in the Raleigh/Durham area for an about three years now. I’ve lived my entire life around dogs and puppies and absolutely love them! I have a fur baby named Benny who will be 3 in July. He’s playful, loving, and so much fun! I am very familiar with the needs of a puppy or full size dog and love meeting new furry friends! One of my favorite activities is walking dogs and going to the park. I look forward to meeting your pup!! I work full time currently, but I have a flexible schedule and work fully remote from my home office. I can be very flexible and attentive to your dog’s needs during the day and evenings! I do have a fully fenced in yard, but prefer to be outside with my dog when he’s outside. Every morning, I wake up early to take my dog on a walk. My dog is very friendly with other dogs and loves to play! He gets along with all other kinds of furry friends. Our house is fairly good size with a lot of room for a dog to run around and play! He has a strict breakfast and dinner schedule that we follow daily as well.
About: I have been doing this for over a year now and I really enjoy it. I initially started doing it to socialize my pup but now I just do it cause I love dogs. I also have trained my puppy with a puppy book called The Focused Puppy and she has become a very well trained dog. Will help train yours too if interested. I work from home and have a large, fully fenced in backyard. I take my pup out there to play and potty every hour or so, as well as walks in the neighborhood. My neighborhood also has great dog parks walking distance to me that we love to go to. Feed them whenever they are supposed to eat, take them outside in the backyard often, long walks (I am very active) I also have tons of toys and treats :)

First I fell in love with Atlanta and for the last two years I've been in Durham, NC, where I just earned my MFA in Experimental and Documentary Arts. Me and my two pit bull rescues Rolfie and Dita have loved walking in the woods, although we just had to say goodbye to Rolfie in 2026 after a full and joyful doggie life. I grew up with miniature dachsunds, but I really got to know dogs and their cues when I rescued a pit bull from the shelter where I was a volunteer dog walker in NYC. I've cared for older, special-needs dogs and feisty high-energy dogs as well as my own. I respect owners' *and* doggies' boundaries, and I know basic training techniques and operant conditioning training. I can't wait to get to know you and your fur kids. I am working from home right now and am prepared to walk your dog three times a day with a longer walk (up to an hour) in the cooler hours at the end of the day. I feed my dog twice day plus treats with training, but I am happy to feed yours according to your preferred schedule I have a fenced yard and shaded porch for surveying the street. Inside I have loads of dog beds. My dogs are welcome on furniture, but I will respect your rules in that regard.
