Lou is a rescue with some behavior issues which is where Erin is really amazing. She took everything in stride and I can easily see that Lou got lots of attention and companionship. She is an anxious dog and although she enjoys doggy daycare/and we have had other pet sitters, Lou always comes home stressed out, exhausted, nervous and her eyes look bloodshot. Not this time! This has been a completely different experience, she is visibly calm and shows no signs of stress at all. Erin is also super organized and detail-oriented, she is flexible (I had to change some dates) and she had no reservations about giving the daily medication Lou needs. Erin's communication was excellent, she even sent us daily pictures of Lou! Erin exceeded our expectations at every turn and I hope she will become a regular member of Lou's family for future stays.
