About: I have had dogs since I was a child. Cats since I was in the military and we are a happy home with mixed breeds all loving and living under one roof. I have a flexible schedule I have one pup daily I am fully committed to walking around lunchtime. Fenced yard. I can drop by and provide walks also. Whatever you need. Cats…dogs…snakes…monkeys…. Whatever your requirements we can meet them. I am wide open. My dogs and cats have freedom inside and outside. Let get it done together!

About: Hi! I’m a huge dog lover with dogs of my own, so I know how important it is to find someone you can truly trust with your pets. I offer dog sitting in my safe and welcoming home in Oxford, NC, where your pup will get plenty of love, attention, playtime, and exercise. Whether your dog loves to run around, play fetch, or just relax and cuddle, I make sure they feel comfortable and cared for like family. I also send lots of pictures and updates so you can feel connected and at ease while you’re away. Creating a fun, clean, and safe environment for every pet is my top priority, and I can’t wait to meet your furry best friend! Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I work from home and have a very flexible schedule. This allows me to give pets plenty of attention, potty breaks, playtime, exercise, and companionship throughout the day instead of leaving them alone for long periods. I’m able to accommodate pets close to my area easily and make their care a priority while keeping a consistent, calm, and loving environment. Providing a safe environment for pets is very important to me. I have a large yard where dogs can run, play, and get plenty of exercise while always being supervised and monitored closely. Inside my home, I keep a clean, calm, and pet-friendly environment where pets can feel comfortable and secure. I pay close attention to each pet’s needs, personality, and routines to make sure they stay happy, safe, and well cared for at all times.

About: I have extensive, hands-on experience caring for a wide range of animals—including dogs, cats, rodents, ferrets, and large livestock. I’ve worked with everything from small pets to high-drive working dogs and large animals like horses and goats. Professionally, I’ve worked as a dog behaviorist and trainer, managing playgroups, training dogs of all temperaments, and safely handling high-energy or reactive dogs. I’m confident in my ability to read body language, prevent issues before they happen, and create a calm, structured environment. I have experience training puppies, working with senior dogs, and administering medications. I’m very attentive to changes in behavior or health and know how to respond quickly if something seems off. I also currently work as an Equine Specialist, where I assist with horse care, training, and overall health, including exposure to veterinary care practices. What sets me apart is my ability to handle a wide variety of animals and situations with confidence, patience, and strong awareness of safety and behavior. My schedule is very flexible. I currently work part-time, which allows me to adjust my availability easily around pet care. I’m able to accommodate daytime, evening, and weekend needs, and I’m reliable for both consistent routines and last-minute bookings. Safety and trust are my top priorities. I take time to understand each pet’s routine, behavior, and specific needs to provide the best care possible. In my home, I offer a safe and structured environment with access to a yard, long lines for safe outdoor time, and nearby areas for both private and public walks, including lake and town settings. I use appropriate, safe equipment such as harnesses, gentle leaders, and martingale collars when needed to ensure control and comfort. In clients’ homes, I follow all instructions carefully and maintain your pet’s normal routine to reduce stress. I’m experienced in handling dogs of all sizes and energy levels, and I always prioritize calm, controlled, and positive interactions.

About: While your pets are in my care, they will be treated as if they were my own. I will assist you in training your puppy to master the basic commands: sit, stay, and come. I am retired so your pet care is my first responsibility. During the summer, I will walk in the morning with potty breaks in the afternoon if it's too hot. During winter, if the weather doesn't permit driving, I will contact you and ensure that as soon as I can drive, I will be there to give your pet much-needed potty breaks and playtime. With that in mind, I will only walk when the weather permits. I will give them time to take care of their business and plenty of play time when the weather does not permit a walk.

About: We have had animals my whole life so I have plenty of experience walking, feeding, bathing, and playing with pets. I can’t wait to meet your pet! About: I've been taking care of animals since I was a kid , I'm 45 now, growing up we always had cats , dogs , snakes, even squirrels, I worked for independent animal rescue. I found a hunting dog thatt was pregnant with 10 puppies, starving to death standing by the father of her puppies that the hunter shot in the head, so I took her in , she had puppies 10 days later , I had a infant at the same time she did , I called IAR ,and worked with them afterwords for years, I have 1 dog of my own , and mom has 2 . They all 3 are very sweet. Champ , my dog loves to meet new dogs,so I'm excited to care for your fur babies! 💟💖💗

About: I have had a pet since I was 5 years old. I am very drawn to animals and nature . I am very patient and full of energy I have an open schedule so I am available for many different shifts and I am flexible able to work around your schedule. Have plenty of dog toys/treats Pets are welcome in my home and neighborhood there are fences so they can have an open space to play and use the bathroom without causing conflict

About: I’ve pet sat my friends animals, and they’ve had so many! Senior dogs that have accidents and have behavioral issues. Exotic pets, of many kids. Every morning, I fill the cat and water bowl in my room, weekly I clean the bowls. For my dogs, whenever my parents don’t feed them cause they are out, I feed them and fill their water. I brush their coats, and try to give them baths every few weeks or so! However the pet parents would like, but I care for what is best for their health. I understand each pet is different and needs different things. I can bathe the animals depending on behavior, my right leg doesn't haven't as much feeling since surgery and cant handle a lot of big pressure.

About: I've had and cared for animals my entire life, mostly dogs as well as cats. From Shih tzus to Great Danes, puppies/kittens to senior pets- I'm comfortable with breeds of all shapes, sizes, and all life stages. Pets are family, and as a mother of 2 (humans :)) also, I understand the importance of being responsible for others' well-being. I would love to be there for your fur babies! Currently I'm working from home part time with a flexible schedule. I can be available during the day as well as evenings and weekends, depending on the day/week. Unfortunately I'm not able to offer overnight stays at this time. I am happy to walk/let out, play, feed, pet, and just show some love to your beloved pet(s). As someone who has dealt with sick pets, I'm comfortable administering medications, including ones that might require injections.

About: I’m a pet mom of six full grown cats and two dogs. i’ve had them their entire lives. I rescued one of my cats from a ditch in a parking lot. I work early mornings so that I am available afternoons and evenings any day of the week. I am often in Wake Forest, Raleigh, Durham and Hillsborough. I have a fenced front and back yard so our pets just go out there to pee or poop. We feed our dogs and cats two times a day.

About: Ever since I was a child, I have been mildly obsessed with animals (insert mental image of a little kid with horses all over her bright pink shirt and a stuffed Bernes Mountain dog glued to her side). At the time, my parents were strongly against having pets. I was deeply offended by this decision, and did not understand their hands were already full with five "animals:" my four siblings and me. Eight year old Kat knew she needed to get creative and outsource her time with animals. That's when I began working on a horse farm. I spent most days cleaning stalls, feeding horses and playing with the barn cats. This was my happy place, my home away from home. It was at this time I also began dog sitting for various families throughout our neighborhood. Although I think I was more of an annoyance to the first dog I looked after (sorry Ginger), I learned to be responsible and dependable. When I moved away to college, I looked for a new way to spend time with animals and began volunteering at a local shelter. Through the shelter, I began fostering cats and dogs, gained experience feeding newborn kittens, leash training large dogs and giving medications to senior pets. I loved learning each individual's personality and finding new ways to build playful and loving relationships based on trust. I later worked as a receptionist for a fear-free veterinary clinic and was exposed to pets of all dispositions and backgrounds. I am comfortable caring for pets with various illnesses, allergies, parasites and high anxiety. TLDR: I am a long time animal lover, with over 15 years of experience working/volunteering on farms and petsitting. I am confident around animals of any age, whether hoofed, clawed, scaled or winged! I am not easily grossed out by a snotty nose, or the occasional poopy bottom and will meet your pets energy wherever they need to be met. Whether you are looking for someone to walk your jumpy puppy or be a calm companion for your shy old cat, I am a great fit! PS: Now I know you are wondering, “ But Kat, did you ever get your own dogs?” and the answer is YES! I grew up with two Westie puppies and, several years later, welcomed Kody, our rescue german shepherd/husky mix to the family. (Pictures included) I am currently working a part time job (three 8hr shifts a week) which allows me to maintain a flexible schedule and accommodate a wide range of pet needs. I am available to provide house sitting for an additional fee or make multiple visits per day as needed. I enjoy driving which allows for consistent, attentive care tailored to each pet. Every pet parent has a different routine when it comes to caring for their pet. It is my job as the sitter to adhere as closely to this routine as possible. It can be scary having new people in your home (especially when your parents are away), and maintaining a known schedule is extremely beneficial for reducing your pet's anxiety . I also believe in clear, consistent communication with my clients, so you can feel confident your pets are in good hands and enjoy peace of mind while you’re away.

About: I have had dogs from 30lbs to 150 lbs and I have loved them all! In my free time I volunteer hiking with dogs at a local animal shelter. And spend the rest of the time spoiling my two fur babies at home. I work remote and have a flexible schedule that can accommodate a wide range of needs during the weekdays as well as on the weekends. My two fur babies are trained to listen off leash, but love to go for walks on leash. One is a couch potatoes that can be trusted and one a wild puppy that is crate trained. So I am used to a wide range of care needs.
