About: I’ve been around animals my whole life and have always felt a strong connection to them. I’m currently a graduate student in Animal Science, which has deepened my understanding of animal behavior, health, and care. I’ve cared for my own dogs and cats for years and have experience working with cattle, sheep, horses, reptiles, and mice. I’ve also volunteered with animal rescues, fostering and helping animals feel safe and ready for adoption. My experience working on a dairy farm and being closely connected to farm environments through my family’s ranch has given me hands-on experience caring for many species beyond just dogs and cats. I’m comfortable in a wide range of situations, from energetic puppies to shy pets that need extra patience. I follow routines closely, can give medications, and pay attention to small changes in behavior to help keep pets safe and healthy. I also enjoy playtime and can reinforce basic training when it’s part of their routine. I understand how much trust it takes to leave your pet and your home in someone else’s care. My goal is to keep your pet safe, comfortable, and stress-free while you’re away. I treat every pet as what they are—family—and believe they deserve care, respect, and attention. I’m currently a graduate student, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to dedicate consistent time to pet care throughout the day. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and can adjust my routine to match your pet’s needs. Please feel free to reach out to discuss availability. I’m happy to work with your schedule. My goal is to make your pet feel as comfortable as possible while you’re away. I focus on creating a calm, safe environment where pets feel cared for and at ease. In your home, I follow your pet’s routine closely, from feeding and walks to playtime and rest, so nothing feels disrupted. I pay attention to their behavior and needs, including medications if needed. I treat your home with respect and provide regular updates so you can feel confident everything is going well.
“Claire patiently and gently built trust with our recently rescued, young husky, Wheeler, who can be apprehensive with some people. She showed equal patience and skill walking this often stubborn teenager who can slow down a walk by obsessing over acorns and rolling around in grass. Claire is also a great communicator and shared many photos of their walk. She went the mile by setting Wheeler up with his beloved peanut butter kong treat in his kennel as requested. It was a relief to know he was in her care.”

“Bell is reliable, attentive, friendly, and my dog loved her! He is a fearful and sometimes stubborn baby, she was able to get him out for walks on the first visit when it has often taken people multiple times to get to that point. She was very quick and thorough in her responses and put me at ease that my pup would be okay while I was out of town. We will definitely consider her again in the future!”

About: I’ve been having my dog since he was a baby, so I am really good with puppy’s with high and low energy. I love all animals I take care of, give them the same care and attention I do my baby. I do everything that you will ask me to do. When your baby’s in my care they are always safe. I work in children afterschool care at Lakewood ymca, since school is going to close for the summer that means I won’t have a job for the next three months. I will be free all days and weekends. I take care of a dog and a cat, I take my dog on daily walks twice/three times a day for his potty breaks. They both get fed 2 times a day and 2/47 playtime and love.
About: I've taken care of dogs my entire life! In Chicago I was a dog walker for many years and have potty trained several dogs. I have also trained basic commands and walking skills! I am lucky enough to have always had a dog of my own as well. Currently I have a one year old golden retriever, Sly! I am currently working part time as a nanny and have extra time throughout the week to care for some dogs! Morning, lunch and evenings walks are all doable as my schedule is flexible. When it comes to your pet, I will follow your instructions and be sure to care for them as similarly to you as possible. I always make sure the pups have fresh water, treats and eat on time. If your pet needs to be alone for walks or eating, I am happy to provide that as well. I live across the street from a park and also love to take dogs on long walks around the city! We have a small dog pool and a fenced in backyard as well. During breaks from outdoor time, pups get lots of cuddles and have plenty of toys to play with.
“Blake has been a huge help with our puppy! She has been very available and flexible coming by to walk our dog. Our puppy has a lot of stranger anxiety and she has been very patient and understanding with him. We will definitely continue to use Blake as our dog walker!”

“Brynn came through for my wife and I on short notice to walk our dogs. We setup a meet and greet less than 24hrs after initial contact which helped a ton. The pups had a great walk on multiple days... We will definitely be contacting Brynn in the future for all of our dog walking/sitting needs!”

About: Hi All, My name is Alessandria but I prefer to be called Alekx and no the K is not a typo. My hair color is subject to change but it's just dyed hair braided into my natural hair. I have been caring for animals professionally since 2006, until 2013 where I took a leap in a different field of work. I use to move all over the country but I am home and hoping to start pet sitting as my main job. I have a guinea pig by the named Tikka Teacake and she is a little siren but she is my 3rd guinea pig. I am a non-smoker and prefer days curled up with fluffy creatures and a good book. In regards to my experience I have worked at pets resorts such as Sunny Acres where I had a few loyal dogs that I dearly miss. I have owned large dog breeds my whole life and grew up with pure breed Rottweilers, German Shepherd mixes, and my current lovely mutt. I have been doing home pet sitting for over a decade. I usually spend most the day when I am at home entertaining my pets or letting them have free run of the backyard with regular check ins. I make sure that their food is good for their stomach, their daily exercise if playing outside with a normal dose of petting and grooming. I recently got off of medical leave so I have started short nightly walks and we work out together to stay happy and healthy. I am a big night owl so I love watching my dogs snore about. A safe home is one your pet recognizes as the pack den. I care for all pets with repetitive training, health care checks, grooming, and dental care as long as they will let me. I love to make a home pet safe by avoiding choking hazards and loose cables. (Mainly because my guinea pig is a little menace). Medications are taken with timers and usually snuck into foods. I like keeping basic training habits are maintained so that the pets do not unlearn anything their humans have taught them.

About: I have had pets all my life, they have always been part of my family, and I truly value their importance. I love giving them a safe, comfortable, and loving space. I have free afternoons and evenings on weekdays after work, and I’m fully available on weekends. My husband/partner works from home on some days, so your dog will rarely be alone. I truly enjoy having company, and I’m used to walking three times every day with them. Your dog will be free to move around my entire home. At night, I have a designated open space for their bed, food, water and toys that is connected to the living room, so they are always part of the home environment (shown in the attached photos). But if he/she prefers, the living room is also available always 🐾 Just a few steps from my home, there’s a quiet, pet-friendly, low-traffic area that’s perfect for walks, as well as a park just a few streets away. If you’re comfortable with it, we can also take him/her to a nearby trail or park. I enjoy walking and running, and when your dog arrives, we start with a walk to help him/her feel comfortable and get to know each other.
“So happy to have found Rachel! I have a fearful dog and was not sure how he would respond to a stranger coming in. Rachel has been so responsive to my questions, and has taken the time with my pup to make sure he is comfortable.”

Lorraine is a great at helping to care for our pup! She has been taking him for walks while we are at work, and we always get great updates and photos from her. We feel good leaving Kev in her care and plan on using her services for as long as she continues to offer them.
I had a great experience with Kevin for walking Gazer! He always showed up exactly when scheduled, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Communication was excellent—he kept me updated before, during, and after each walk, and were very responsive to messages. I really appreciated his flexibility as well, especially when I needed to request additinal walks and adjust times on short notice. It made coordinating everything so much easier. One of my favorite parts was receiving photos from each walk—it was so reassuring to see Gazer happy enjlying his full 30 mins walks. I would absolutely recommend Kevin to anyone looking for a reliable, communicative, and caring dog walker!

Arwen was super sweet and patient with Mallory! She showed up on time and spent the bulk of her time outside with Mal even on a super chilly day. She made me feel comfortable during our meet and greet that she could match Mallory's vibe while out on a walk whether that was logging a mile or two or just stopping and sniffing nature.

Ross has been really great with our fellas! Was very thorough at our meet and greet, making sure he knew what the dogs normal walk route was and even did a practice run with us to make sure the dogs walked well with him. He’s been with us for about 2 weeks now and everything has been great! Highly recommend!
