I’m reliable, attentive, and truly love animals. In my free time, I help spay and neuter feral cats and volunteer at the animal shelter. As a sitter, I follow care instructions closely, give regular updates, and I have experience giving meds. I have 5 cats and a dog! I am also an avid exerciser and have experiencing running with dogs! I am also very comfortable with bigger doggies and doggies that may have some behavioral challenges. I have worked with military dogs for about 6 years. For the month of September and October, I am not taking on new house sitting requests. Feel free to request me for November and December! I offer discounts on House Sitting if I am not required to stay overnight as well! My house sitting rates include 1 walks/ potty break either at lunch or dinner in addition to overnights. Additional breaks can be added at cost! I am more of a coming and going sitter but do offer constant care sitting at a premium rate.

My cats and dog eat a raw fed diet, they are leashed trained and can perform tricks if that tells you anything about how much I love them! I am an animal advocate and work with a local shelter to help both dogs and cats!

Alyson has a great sitter for our fur babies! She was very communicative about when she would be stopping by, how things were going, and sending pictures along the way as well and working well with calming our anxious pets while we were away. We will definitely use her again the next time we travel!

Alyson has a great demeanor with our dog who is fearful of strangers! He has warmed up to her faster than most and I’ve really appreciated her willingness to get him comfortable with her before an upcoming house sitting.

Schedule
I work remotely and am available during the work day. I am also free on weekends. I am available for all your pet needs! I am happy to help last minute!

- Before meeting someone’s pet, I think it’s really important to know a few key things: their personality, any quirks or triggers, how they do with new people, and how they behave around other animals. I also like to ask about their routine, things like feeding times, potty breaks, favorite toys, and commands they know. It helps to know if they have any medical needs or sensitivities too. Basically, anything that helps me make them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for from the start!
