I have been caring for a variety of pets for as long as I can remember. Growing up, we always had at least three to four animals in our home, and I’ve had the opportunity to care for many different species, breeds, sizes, and personalities. I currently have two cats of my own, and they are truly my pride and joy. I have also spent the past few years volunteering at an animal shelter in Cincinnati, where I gained experience working with dogs of all backgrounds, personalities, and behavior styles, as well as assisting in the medical clinic. This experience has helped me better understand animal behavior, patience, and the importance of providing compassionate care for every pet’s individual needs. I love getting to know each animal’s personality and will take the time to learn their routines, preferences, and boundaries. Whether your pet enjoys walks, playtime, cuddles, enrichment, or simply having a calm and caring presence nearby, I’m happy to provide care in the way that makes them happiest while giving you peace of mind that they are in great hands.

I have a fenced-in backyard available for quick potty breaks and a safe outdoor space when pets are staying with me. I also live close to walking trails and dog parks, giving dogs the opportunity for walks, enrichment, and exercise if that fits their routine and comfort level. I have two cats of my own who are an important part of my family. They have spent a lot of time around dogs through visits to my parents’ home, as well as when I have brought dogs home for day trips and foster stays from my time volunteering at the animal shelter. I understand that every pet has different comfort levels, so I always prioritize slow introductions, supervision, and making sure all animals feel safe and comfortable. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I treat your space with the same respect I would want for my own. I am neat, tidy, and attentive, and I will leave your home exactly as I found it while making sure your pet receives the care, attention, and routine they are used to.

Schedule
I currently work in a research role that gives me the flexibility to come and go as needed, allowing me to provide reliable and attentive care throughout the day. I’m able to accommodate different routines and schedules to make sure your pet gets the attention, exercise, and companionship they need. Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors — running, biking, hiking, and going on walks — and would love to have your pet(s) join me for some adventures if that’s something they enjoy! At the same time, I’m just as happy spending a quiet afternoon on the couch with pets who prefer a slower pace. Whether your pet is active and loves exploring or is happiest relaxing at home, I’m happy to meet them where they are and provide care that fits their personality and routine.
