About: Hello! I am a huge animal lover with extensive pet sitting experience. I will give your sweet pets the best care possible and treat them as my own. I grew up with multiple family dogs and began taking care of the dogs in my neighborhood from as young as 8 years old. Since graduating college and living on my own, I’ve adopted my own dog and two cats. My pets are my world and I’d love to be able to give your pets the exact same care while you’re away. About: I rescued a dog at 5 years old and cared for him till he was 10 years old. He battled with an uncurable disease for the last four years of his life. I fought till the end to make him comfortable and happy. He had a lot of dietary restrictions and challenging personality traits including separation anxiety and selective dog aggression. I grew up with a dog that was my 5th grade birthday present. We rescued him and he had food aggression. I am willing and capable of watching other dogs with unique needs. I currently own two german shepherds! 1 is almost 2 years old and I have had the him since he was 8 weeks. I have survived potty training and teething. We are now in the teenage years. The other is 6 years old and I rescued him two years ago. He has epilepsy and is an alpha. I have done a lot of training with him as well. I also have a cat who is BFF with my dogs. I work from home and have typical office hours. I am available to watch pets while I work or board them over night. I have two dogs of my own so your dog will have a set routine still while they stay with me. I have a townhouse with a small fenced yard that my dogs love. My dogs are crate trained and have an extra crate if that is preferred. I can crate your dog at night / when I'm not home or they can roam freely. I will do whatever your dog and you are comfortable with. I treat your dog like they are mine and will follow any special instructions you may have. My goal is to make sure they are comfortable and safe while you are away. I believe in positive reinforcement and training and that these dogs are our babies.

I also love cats (so much so that I get weekly allergy shots to snuggle with them). I spent several years as a foster for Saving Grace NC, where I cared for dogs with high medical needs. I have worked at a dog boarding and daycare facility as well as our local Humane Society. I work a normal job 9 to 6 Monday through Friday.
