“We’ve had numerous pet sitters and house sitters over the years to care for our critters while we’ve been away from time to time. We had Kim and B. stop by and check on our four cats for a week. I honestly usually feel no one notices and does the little things for critters as much as their owners do. This has been justified on every occasion we’ve left EXCEPT for this one. They went well above and beyond not only caring for our cats with the basics, but they made sure our cats were comfortable and nurtured while we were gone. It wasn’t stop, feed, leave, it was a stop, feed, and give each kitty quality presence of attention. We cannot say how much we appreciated that. Kim even noted our beeping smoke alarm and offered to bring a battery the next day! Kim and B. will be our go to’s from now on. The attentiveness to not only the job but the house and being aware of the whole picture is something welcome and seldom found.”

About: I’ve been an animal keeper for the last 3-4 years working with various exotic wildlife and am currently the Vet Tech/Keeper for (mostly) lemurs. I have great experience and knowledge working with animals (including domestic pets). I volunteered at my local animal shelter working with dogs and cats for many years, doing routine tasks such as feeding, cleaning, bathing, and walking. Apart from basic necessities like feeding and cleaning, I also have great experience preparing and administering medications and am confident in my abilities to handle exceptional dogs and cats that may need more complex care. Outside of my work experience, I have my own personal experience caring for my family pets, including dogs, cats, many rodents, and now chickens. Since high school I have frequently pet sat for friends and acquaintances with a wide range of pets including dogs, cats, lizards, fish, and horses. I am available in the mornings most weekdays, with lesser availability on the weekends. My availability can be flexible upon notice. On weekends right now, I am available only in the late afternoon and evenings. Am only looking to care for pets at the client’s house due to my own housing and pet situation. About: I’ve pet sat my friends animals, and they’ve had so many! Senior dogs that have accidents and have behavioral issues. Exotic pets, of many kids. Every morning, I fill the cat and water bowl in my room, weekly I clean the bowls. For my dogs, whenever my parents don’t feed them cause they are out, I feed them and fill their water. I brush their coats, and try to give them baths every few weeks or so! However the pet parents would like, but I care for what is best for their health. I understand each pet is different and needs different things. I can bathe the animals depending on behavior, my right leg doesn't haven't as much feeling since surgery and cant handle a lot of big pressure.
About: I have had a full house of pets since I was a small child, and am excited to be able to care for more since leaving my animals at home with my family for college. I am a college student who is also on a competitive ice skating team, but have plenty of free time for your dogs/cats! About: I have been a fur mom since I was about 12 years old and have experience with all kinds of pets, including reptiles, chickens, hamsters, Guinea pigs, birds, & chinchillas.
