This in no way impacts the care I will give your animals but I want to respect peoples right to make informed decisions about who they allow in their homes. I attended the Tarpon High School's Veterinary Assisting program and graduated as a certified veterinary assistant. Since then I have worked with horses, dogs, cats, pigs, birds and a few rodents. I do lots of training with my own high drive dogs and would love to bring some fun trick training, puzzles and general enrichment to your dogs life! I am currently working a full time day job so my availability is restricted to evenings and weekends at this time. I would love to give your dogs some extra attention during your busy weekends or weeknights. I am a safety freak! I double check all collars and harnesses for proper fit before leaving the house. For fenced in backyards I always double check that gates are latched before lettings dogs out. I will make sure any toys are size and age appropriate and do not pose any danger to your dog. I have owned large dog breeds my whole life and grew up with pure breed Rottweilers, German Shepherd mixes, and my current lovely mutt. I have been doing home pet sitting for over a decade. I usually spend most the day when I am at home entertaining my pets or letting them have free run of the backyard with regular check ins. I make sure that their food is good for their stomach, their daily exercise if playing outside with a normal dose of petting and grooming. Every morning, I fill the cat and water bowl in my room, weekly I clean the bowls. For my dogs, whenever my parents don’t feed them cause they are out, I feed them and fill their water. I brush their coats, and try to give them baths every few weeks or so! However the pet parents would like, but I care for what is best for their health. I understand each pet is different and needs different things. He also sends lots of updates and photos of her, so I always rest easy knowing that she’s doing great! He has a beautiful set-up that provides the perfect setting for dogs to run around and play, but also prioritizes safety and makes sure everyone is getting breaks from the heat, lots of water, etc. A million stars 🌟”

“Very happy with Chelsey and David and their care for our pup, Mallory! We have used their services for daycare dropoff and a longer, multiple night trip. They are flexible with dropoff and pickup times, and are enthusiastic about having Mal around. Their dog, Athena, is a fun play pal for Mal and Chelsey and David are conscientious about monitoring playtime and giving the dogs a break when needed. They send pics and videos of Mal's time there which is a plus given being away from your doggo can be a bit stressful (for you and them)! I feel that Mal is happy and safe while in their care and that makes my dog mom heart super thankful :)”
About: The Anderson home has always been defined by the four-legged family members roaming through it. After recently losing our beloved two-year-old Goldendoodle, our house feels a little too quiet. While we aren’t quite ready to bring a new dog home permanently, our family, including two dog-loving children (ages 8 and 10), greatly misses the energy that dogs bring to a house. We offer a "member of the family" environment for your pet. Since we don't currently have our own pets, your dog will be the center of attention during their stay. Why choose us? Yard Features: Your dog will enjoy a secure, landscaped environment perfect for exploring, lounging or chasing squirrels. Senior Care: Having cared for a Ridgeback into his 14th year, we are very comfortable with senior dog needs, including mobility assistance and medication administration. Puppy Energy: Having recently raised a Goldendoodle, we are well-versed in the "zoomies," redirection, and consistent reinforcement that comes with raising puppies. Dog-loving family: Our family will provide endless affection during the busy morning routine, playtime the moment the school day is finished and all weekend. Work-from-Home Presence: Someone is almost always home, ensuring constant supervision and plenty of bathroom breaks in our spacious, well-maintained yard. Dog Loving Family: Loving environment: We treat every guest as a temporary member of our family. Because our home is currently without a dog of its own, we can assure you that your dog will get a lot of attention. Our backyard is secure and has plenty of space for your dog to run and roam. If they sleep in a crate, we can setup your existing crate in our home. We also have access to a medium-sized crate/bed (if requested).

“We were very comfortable leaving Franklin with Debbie-Claire even though he is leash reactive to other dogs and can be finicky with eating. Debbie-Claire covered all of the bases with us in our meet and greet and was very prepared and thorough. She sent frequent updates with both photos and videos, and it seemed like Franklin really enjoyed his stay! We would not hesitate to book with Debbie-Claire again in the future!”
