My number one priority is safety, both for your pet and for me. I have experience with both agressive dogs and dogs/cats that like to put themselves in danger... for example, getting into things they shouldn't or having a fondness for bolting out the door. I am careful 100% of the time!

I would love to know your pets general personality. Are they shy, but friendly? Shy, and a little aggressive? Totally loving of strangers? Does your pet love endless pets? Minimal pets? Do they have any quirks I should be wary of? I am careful of every interaction and enjoy getting to know an animal's personality, but these are always helpful pointers on how to approach your pet!
A typical day
I want to do all of the activities that they want to do! Let me know what their favorite way to spend time with a human is. It could simply be sitting in the same room with them...it could be practicing tricks for treats... or some fun tug of war!

Pet care experience
I grew up in a house that had at least 3 dogs (both large and small) and a couple of cats at all times! My mom bought each of my siblings and I a dog to take care of when we all reached middle school age. For me, it was a minature dachshund named "Spike" who became my best friend! All of that being said, I have a lot of experience with the everyday care of both cats and dogs. I have lots of experience pet sitting for friends and family, and I worked in kennel for one summer in college. While working in the kennel I got a lot of hands on experience with different breeds and temperaments of both large and small dogs. And I am not shy about cleaning up after pets either!
