Nurse & Lifelong Dog Lover

Hi! I’m a registered nurse, lifelong dog lover, and proud dog mom excited to welcome your pup into my home! I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life and currently have one friendly dog of my own. I know how important it is to find someone you trust to care for your pet, and I’ll treat your dog like part of the family while they’re with me. Because I have a dog allergy, I’m currently only able to accommodate hypoallergenic breeds. I’d love the opportunity to meet you and your pup and provide them with a fun, stress-free home away from home!

I've known Kierstyn to be a genuinely caring and responsible person, and I think she'd make an excellent dog sitter. She absolutely loves dogs and takes wonderful care of her own, always making sure they're happy, healthy, and well-loved. She's dependable, attentive, and patient, and I'd feel completely comfortable trusting her with my own pet. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who will treat their dog like family.

Schedule

As a registered nurse, I work three 12-hour shifts each week, but my schedule varies, so my availability changes from week to week. On my days off, I’m home full-time and able to provide plenty of supervision, playtime, walks, and one-on-one attention. I keep my Rover calendar updated regularly so you can always see my current availability for boarding and daycare.

Safety, trust & environment

Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. My home has a fully fenced backyard where your dog can safely play. I also have one very friendly, well-socialized dog who loves meeting new friends. I’ll provide a clean, loving, and supervised environment so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for during their stay.

Pets

A typical day

A typical day is tailored to your dog’s unique personality, energy level, and routine. For active pups, we’ll spend time playing fetch, going on walks, and enjoying supervised outdoor time. Dogs who prefer a slower pace can enjoy relaxing strolls, cozy naps, and lots of cuddles and attention. Whether your dog loves to play or just wants a comfortable place to unwind, they’ll receive plenty of love, enrichment, and one-on-one care throughout the day to help them feel happy, safe, and at home.

Before your pet’s stay, I’d love to know anything that will help them feel safe, comfortable, and at home. Please share their daily routine, feeding schedule, exercise needs, favorite toys or activities, sleeping arrangements, and any commands they know. It’s also helpful to know about any medications, allergies, medical conditions, anxieties, fears, or behavioral quirks, as well as how they interact with other dogs and new people. The more I know about your pet’s personality and preferences, the better I can provide a fun, safe, and stress-free experience tailored just for them.
