Pet care experience
Reliable, experienced, and caring.
Your dogs are family when they’re with me! I truly enjoy any kind of dog, and have experience with a wide range of temperaments and care-needs. I have had my own dogs for 25 years, and do a lot of sitting for dogs of friends and family. I sadly had to let go of my own dog in June of 2025, but my house is still set up for dog-friendly life, with plenty of good space for pups to come stay. No cats please (allergies).

Amanda was so communicative, and assuring. We know our pups had a safe and wonderful time with her!

Amanda took great care of Chloe, we appreciated the updates and photos that she shared during Chloe‘s visit.

Amanda was a phenomenal sitter. Loved getting pictures throughout the day of my pup and she provided updates throughout the day on how she was doing. ☺️

Amanda was our first Rover sitter experience and I’m so thankful for her care and expertise. She followed our care instructions exactly, sent brief daily updates and photos, and both of our dogs were relaxed and happy in her home. Cannot recommend her enough!

Amanda was awesome to work with! She obviously paid close attention to our instructions and suggestions. She was thoughtful . . . sent lots of pictures. And the pictures left no doubt that Olivia was really happy and content while in Amanda's care. We look forward to the next time we can have Olivia stay with Amanda.
Amanda is wonderful! She is so kind and loving and Elle came home happy. She took such good care of our girl and sent lots of pictures. I really appreciated her updates because our girl has some special needs. Amanda gives extra love and attention that takes all the worry out of leaving our Elle.

Schedule
I work part-time from my computer in my house, so I have great flexibility to meet various needs or requests, and to give your dog a lot of attention.

Home characteristics
Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced back yard for some good fetch and potty time, and great sidewalks in our neighborhood for walks. I am okay to do crates or no crates, and I do have baby gates that can be set up as needed, or if I need to step out and dogs are not comfortable in crates. Housebroken dogs are welcome to be on the furniture, if that’s what they’re used to.
A typical day
I live in a quiet and safe neighborhood with plenty of sidewalks & shade. My yard has a fence in the back, though I don’t leave dogs unattended outside. Plenty of snuggle time inside while I am working from my computer. As many potty breaks as they need.
