“Bethany did an excellent job with our fur babies! She was very communicative and left detailed notes and photos each day. She also alerted us when things seemed off, such as us forgetting to set our thermostat to heat when we left. I also appreciate the effort she went to trying to ensure our very shy cat felt safe.”

“This is our second time having Mattea watch our animals, but this was our first time just doing drop-in visits for just our cat, Narri. She was just as communicative, provided lots of pictures, and was so caring to Narri.”

“Nowell is very communicative and timely with her response. She made it very easy with watching our dog over the weekend, making sure our dog was taken care of! Highly recommend!”

“Amber is great! She took care of my special needs senior dog for a week while I was out of town. She was great at updating me about how he was doing and showed him lots of love while I was gone. He definitely enjoyed her visits everyday. I will be requesting Amber again on my next out of town trip!”
“We have a needy Shar pei. Very uncomfortable with people she doesn’t know. We’ve never had a sitter or walker because of that. Jordan is patient and she gets good vibes from him. We went away over night and she did fine! We are thankful for Jordan’s patience with her.”

“We had a great experience with Nichole! We booked her for drop in visits while we were out of town. She took great care of our dogs, was reliable, followed their feeding schedules and routines, and provided clear updates with photos and other information. We will definitely book with her again.”

“Rebecca was wonderful! She gave a lot of care and love to our sweet old kitty. She sent lots of photos and made sure our kitty didn’t feel too lonely while we were gone. Thank you Becca ! I would 100% recommend her and will be using her services in the future.”

“David and Johanna did a wonderful job with our cats. I know the cats were well cared for seemed very happy when we returned. They also brought in delivered packages which was very helpful. We will definitely rebook! Thank you!”

“We would highly recommend Liam. He did such a wonderful job caring for our girls. We have one that is terrified of storms and fireworks and he made sure to comfort her during those times where she was nervous. I know they enjoyed the extra attention and play time. It is very reassuring knowing your pets are so well cared for while you are away. We will definitely be using Liam again.”

“Kasey gave excellent care to my cat while we were out of town. It was also on a Holliday and I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. Our space was clean when we got home, and our cat fed and happy. Couldn’t ask for a better rover and would highly reccomend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Katie was very attentive to the animals and communication was great and she was on time and didn’t leave early! She sent lots of pictures which we love. I would recommend Katie and use her services again in the future without hesitation.”

I am available throughout the week to provide continuous supervision, structured feeding, and frequent potty breaks. Your pets will rarely be left alone, ensuring they receive constant attention, love, and professional companionship right when they need it. Safety and trust are my absolute top priorities. About: I’ve grown up around dogs big and small, and taken care of all kinds of breeds from pitties to yorkies to Pyrenees. I’m also a big cat lover and have pet sitter cats of all kinds of temperaments. I prefer afternoon care as it fits more easily in my schedule but I am flexible if needed. I am currently in between jobs so my schedule is very open! I was always been taught to let the animals come to me and not push them, so I try to offer a comforting presence without being demanding and meet pets where they are.
About: I used to work at an dog and cat boarding facility. I am also a student at Fayettville State University. I absolutly adore animals. I have 3 of my own, They are a german shepherd, austrailian Shepherd, and a chihuahua. So I do have and active life style with the 2 larger dogs. But my little dog is a couch potato, so I tend to slow things down for him. So no matter how big, small, entergetic, or couch potato they are I can always live up to their lifestyle. I am available anytime. If I am not available I’ll message you if it does not work for my schedule. But it is rare for me to be busy. I would be more than happy to take your puppy out on a walk or taking out to go potty. I can also feed them and give them fresh water. If they need time to interact with somebody I can sit and play with them. If there is special request, just ask away I would be more than happy to try.

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Williams Crossroads
Hannah did a wonderful job taking care of my babies while I was out of town! My cats are very shy, and Hannah made sure to find them in their hiding spots, check on them, and ensure they were safe and taken care of. She made my vacation much more relaxing, and I loved seeing the daily pics of my cuties! 💕

Jade was amazing to work with and took such good care of our babies! With three cats and two dogs, and one of each on medication, we had a full house and she absolutely knocked it out of the park! Everyone was so happy and thrived while we were away. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Williams Crossroads. On Rover:

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
