“Kelly was absolutely spectacular with our dog, who is a bundle of nerves and we’ve never left before. She took the time to meet him in advance and answer all our questions. She sent us daily pictures and really put our minds at ease! We will not hesitate to ask for her services again. We are so thankful to have found Kelly!!”

“Emma was wonderful! She took great care of the pups and was in constant communication sending daily pics & updates. She was very respectful of our home & also watered our garden while gone. Would def recommend!”

“We booked Kate for a weekend for our 3 dogs. She spent a bunch of time during the initial meet and greet and literally pet our dogs the entire time. We received short updates and pictures of our dogs looking really relaxed. Everything went well and we will be booking with Kate in the future.”

“I was gone for more than a week over the holiday break and having Kristine watch my dog in my home made me not be stressful being away. She provided consistent communication and photos and my pup was well cared for while I was gone.”

“Isabella did a fantastic job!! there was disappointment in my dogs’s faces when they saw me walk through the door instead of her. I gave her five stars because I was not able to give her six! I would definitely use her again. Thank you Isabella for everything!”

“Emily followed all instructions with our pup to our knowledge and kept our house clean! We do have a pet camera in our home that views the kitchen that we let her know about and let her know she could unplug if she was uncomfortable which she did unplug. Overall everything went fine and she set up 2 meet and greets prior to and communicated with us via a picture a day and some updates through out the stay which we appreciated!”

“Cayla was great with our dog Lacy, she was communicative and our pup was taken care of extremely well. She watched Lacy in our home, and not only respected Lacy, but kept our home clean and was respectful which is just as important. We will gladly use Cayla again and recommend her for anyone in the area!”

“We used Rover for the first time this weekend and we chose Cassidy and she was fantastic, and took great care of our cat and 2 toy poodles. She stayed in our guest room and even stripped the bed and folded the quilt and sheets after using them. We will definitely will use Cassidy again!”

“The sitter we had lined up ended up having to cancel last minute due a family emergency. We were very fortunate to find Lynnwood. She was great at communicating and we were able to meet her and hire her within a few days. Our dogs LOVED her. My female can be particular when meeting new people and she ran right to her . This was our first time using Rover and having an in home sitter. Lynnwood was great at keeping in touch and sending pictures. It definitely helped my momma heart rest easy knowing someone was taking good care of our babies . She left our home nice and clean and was very respectful. We will definitely be using her in the future.”

“Taylor is the absolute best! She allowed for a meet and greet and her schedule was very flexible. I loved having Taylor because she truly was dedicated to the needs of my doggo who can be very hyper. Taylor was the best sitter I have experienced in a long time.”

“Joan was very friendly, flexible, and fast to respond! She sent several pictures over her stay, and it was clear our girls were very comfortable with her. We will certainly be hoping to have Joan back next time we go out of town!”

“Rachel did a fantastic job caring for my dogs like they were her own! She had great attention to detail and great communication throughout the week. I appreciated that she sent photos of the dogs as well. Thank you Rachel!”

“Dawn was incredible! We came home to two very happy, healthy, and well loved pups. I was unavailable to contact sometimes due to our trip and she was still very diligent in sending photos, videos, and updates! My larger pup has had some health scares and Dawn was very detailed in her notes and was willing to take her to the vet immediately upon a small change in behavior but waited for my input ☺️. I will definitely be reaching out to Dawn in the future for any of our needs. I’ve never felt so confident and comfortable in the care our dogs received. We got our honeymoon and our dogs got almost two weeks of spoiling! Not to mention that this was a last minute booking due to our other sitter canceling with less than a weeks notice for a 12 day trip!!”

Williams Crossroads pet parents share their Rover experiences
After meeting Kasey for the meet & greet we knew it would be a great fit. He’s personable and has a calm spirit about him that Jagger was drawn to. While staying with our dog for 10 days we received photos and updates daily. Kasey’s attention to Jagger made us feel at ease being away. We asked of a few small household requests while we were away and Kasey was happy to help. He followed our care directions for our dog perfectly and we returned to a tidy home just as we left it. We will surely ask Kasey to be with Jagger the next times we need a sitter.

Lesley was so wonderful with Egan and Prunella. She made sure they were happy and loved. We can tell they enjoyed their time with her and her little dog Buddy. We received plenty of pictures and updates, too. Our house was so clean when we returned, which we appreciated. We would absolutely have Lesley stay with them again. Thank you!

Reece did so awesome in her stay with Charli. Reece met her for the first time without us even there and it went super well. Also provided us with many updates throughout the weekend even though we had terrible reception. We’re so thankful Reece was able to sit for us!

Katelyn was awesome and I highly recommend her to take care of your fur babies! She kept me informed and sent pics multiple times per day. I have not been gone from my girls for this long before and I was at ease. She is also highly organized and takes the task of caring for your precious pets seriously.

Kristina was great! She came over for a meet and greet, asked questions, and got to know our pups. She sent updates regularly and I could tell by the photos that Hobbes and Luda loved her! She was on time, responsive, and took such good care of our kids and house. We’ve already booked her for another stay!
