She watched my girls for two weeks while we were overseas, and I honestly could not have felt better about leaving them with her. She treated them like they were her own and was so attentive to all of their little quirks. Somehow, without me even telling her, she figured out things like how they like to be tucked in when they go to sleep. 😂 She really got to know them and their personalities while we were gone. Honey and Maple are also very much sighthounds, so they come with some specific challenges. They can be picky about eating, and when they get playing too hard, they have a tendency to accidentally tear their skin. Christine handled both so well. She played with them constantly to keep them active and interested in eating, and she was so attentive to their play that she could redirect them before they got too rough. I came home to two happy dogs with no issues at all. She was also an amazing communicator and took great care of our house. More than anything, it was obvious how much she genuinely loved the dogs. I felt like she cared for them just as well as I would have, which is honestly the highest compliment I could give a sitter.
