Who else is a Dog and Cat Person?!
I am a private chef who spends most of the day baking, cooking, and playing with my Morkie, Brownie, and sweetie Black cat, Meryl. Brownie is small and friendly and gets along with all dogs. He has a bubbly personality, just like me! Meryl is an elder cat that prefers a sunlit window to a human but is very kind to humans and other pet visitors! I have experience with small puppies, large dogs, and cats of different breeds. I used to volunteer my time at shelters and rehoming spaces. I am home often enough to give love, attention, and potty breaks! I would love to spend time with your pet and help them feel more at ease while you're away. Available for walks and at-home check-ins!

Vanessa was everything we could have asked for in a dog sitter.! She was great with our dog, sent photos and kept us updated throughout her stay. Our dog was returned to us in perfect shape and health, well treated and happy. I will continue to book Vanessa when she is available. Top rating!
Vanessa is amazing! We left her with our puppy who obviously requires a good amount of attention, and she was so sweet. Our puppy and brownie got along great apparently.. we will totally use vanessa again!
Vanessa is amazing with dogs. She frequently helps me dog sit my little one when I am out of town or have a long day at work. My dog and Brownie are best friends and I really enjoy Vanessa's bright personality when she comes over!

I work from home on my own schedule since I facilitate culinary spaces and non-profits. I can be flexible with different timing needs to support care!

Safety, trust & environment
I have pet beds, feeding dispensers, filtered water fountains, and plenty of toys! I like to keep the home at a more room-temperature so pets (and myself!) can stay comfortable. In your house, I follow instructions and ask questions before I begin to care. I prefer to stay only in approved spaces in the home and know where all the needed materials are provided.

A typical day
If pets want to cuddle, chat, go outside, or play fetch, I am excited about it all! My Brownie is 7 years old and still acts like a puppy (but my cat couldn't care less about me), so I can handle all kinds of personalities! My apartment complex has a well-maintained dog park on site, clean and safe sidewalks, and a nature trail for a fun day out!
