About: Have owned my own dogs and cats over the years. As they've grown older and passed on, I have satisfied my love for animals by caring for my kids' pets when they go on vacation. I've gone to their house and stayed, but also they have stayed in my home while mom and dad are away. We go for walks, and I have a fenced in yard and doggy door them to come and go as they please. Like my grandkids: I love having them and playing, but I also love the flexibility of sending them back to mom and dad! I am a retired teacher and am home most days. I have various errands during the day, or other things, but nothing that would interfere with visiting guests. About: I grew up with Shih Tzus and have been surrounded by dogs my entire life. Most recently, I cared for our beloved Goldendoodle from her birth through age 16 wonderful years, gaining experience with every life stage—from playful puppyhood to senior care. About: My connection with fur babies runs deep. I have, often, felt more connected to animals than humans. I believe we all have had animals that we love but, usually, there is one animal that changes everything. You know the one I’m talking about….the one that the connection is (or was), somehow, different or deeper than the others. I call those animals Familiars. Maybe that resonates with you too. About: I have had experience with animals my whole life, I had a yellow lab for 15 years and she sadly passed in October. I have an extreme soft spot for animals and love to help anyone out with their fur babies especially because I wish I could have that time back. “Andrea was a God-send to us! We found her last minute before our annual vacation. My daughter and I knew when we met her she was a good person and very knowledgeable. Our Dolly is 5 months old and has had little to no socializing with other dogs. Andrea had no concerns and was open to the challenge! Dolly had trouble adjusting to a new place without her but Andrea brought her through each issue. She also sent us updates daily with pictures! Andrea is 5 star in every way. “Staci pet-sat for my fur-baby Maggie for 2 days and I am thinking she is missing her and her family. When my husband and I picked her up, Maggie gave me a little resistance on the leash, but eventually walked towards our car. I have always been hesitant about leaving Maggie with anyone outside of our family because she has separation anxiety and can be sad when we left her in the past with other pet sitting services. I am so grateful that Staci took such good care of Maggie and gave us updates that gave me a piece of mind while away.
