“I cannot thank Courtney enough, I had a family emergency and had to leave very quickly for over two weeks. She took great care of my cat despite his idiosyncrasies. Great updates and kitty was very happy.”

“Leah was quite literally the best dog sitter we have ever had. She was so kind and loving to our girl and we didn’t worry a bit while we were out of town. We will absolutely be using Leah again!”

“Julia did an amazing job looking after my cat while I was away on an extended trip. My cat (who is an absolute spook) warmed right up to her and she took great care of him. I will definitely reach back out to her the next time I’m in need of catsitting.”

“Loren was an amazing pet sitter. She was incredibly communicative, loving, and caring with my dogs. Always punctual, attentive, and truly impossible to improve on. She was consistently willing to help, very service-oriented, and made us feel completely at ease. I highly recommend her and would absolutely trust her again with my pets.”

“Second time i had Emily do check ins for my girls while we were away, and based on the pictures, safe to say they enjoy Emily! They are always cheerful, and i come home to a clean mess free home and no accidents :) So i know emily truly takes time and care for them while she stops in. She will be my go to every time!”

“Our little boy was so excited to see Kaitlyn. She was a great communicator which helped ease my mind. She is the first person aside from family to watch Goose and I could not have asked for anyone better. We will be using her again!!”

“Brooke was great taking care of our cockatiels! She communicated every step of the way and even accommodated us as the snow storm got in the way of our trip. Would definitely recommend!”

“We went away for a week and Michelle took care of our cats and chickens and I never worried about them once. She's great about communication and even watered my plants! Highly recommend her for anyone looking for a pet sitter.”

“Sandy graciously agreed to check-in on our boys with very short notice, due to a miscommunication with the former sitter. She kept us updated when she needed to adjust the time for one of the visits. Adjustments rarely happen, but it’s great to have the open communication. One of our cats gets a pill twice daily & Sandy’s never had any issues giving the pill. Everything was as we left it, food and water topped off, cat dishes washed, litter boxes clean, etc. We highly recommend Sandy!”

About: I have had dogs my entire life, and always find myself drawn to them. As a young woman searching for my purpose, I want to spend my time doing what fulfills me. I have been pet sitting for my friend who has a dog aggressive dog, and enjoy spending the quality time with her. I will always give exceptional care and focus on forming lasting friendships with the animals in my care. Friendships that last longer than a meet and greet or drop-in visit. I am always looking out for the pet and putting their needs first. I pay attention to animal behavior and never push past their limit, to ensure a good relationship is being built. My primary goal is to make sure the client and pet are comfortable. I currently am not in school or employed as I recently moved to the area. I have lots of time on my hands to spend with your baby. I will always put the pet's needs first, and ensure I keep their schedule the same as my client does for them. I care for the animal and the home and keep it just as I found it.
“Casey is amazing with my 2 pups and flexible when my work schedule calls for last minute adjustments. I really appreciate the updates when the fur babies aren’t acting quite like themselves. So thankful we found Casey!”
“Nikki is amazing and dependable. Whatever your routine she will follow it. Takes time with pets to reassure them they are cared about with love, attention and some playtime. Highly recommend Nikki she is very respectful and friendly.”

“Lillie was great! She took excellent care of my dog and did a great job of keeping me informed and providing photos. She even went above and beyond by bringing a delivered package in from the porch. Also, she accepted this dog sitting very last minute when my original sitter had to cancel. I would not hesitate to utilize Lillie’s services again in the future and recommend her to my friends and family! Thanks again, Lillie!”

“Kaelyn was AMAZING!! She was flexible to our schedule, was so loving and kind to our two cats, and gave us amazing updates on how they were doing. She made us feel so comfortable knowing our girls were in good hands!”

“Our fur baby bonded with Kelly really quickly and enjoyed all the love she gave her while we were away. Kelly was very responsive, keeping us informed about how our kitty was doing at each visit. We will absolutely utilize her for future needs!”
“Can't say enough good things about Larry! He treats our dog like gold and is so incredibly reliable. We've used Larry multiple times and will continue to as long as we can!”

“Amber is great! She took care of my special needs senior dog for a week while I was out of town. She was great at updating me about how he was doing and showed him lots of love while I was gone. He definitely enjoyed her visits everyday. I will be requesting Amber again on my next out of town trip!”

10/10 recommend for Kate! She was very attentive, detailed, and all around on top of things. We will be repeat clients. Pictures were sent each time with a note on how all of our babies were doing. It was such a relief to leave town with someone so trustworthy to take over while we’re gone. I can’t say enough good things about Kate.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Willow Springs. On Rover:

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
