She was very patient with him and eventually he came out of his safe space playpen. Julia sent pictures and text updates every day. By the end of his stay our pup seemed comfortable in her home and would go outside with her. Julia's patience with our timid pup was above and beyond. Her updates a picture helped to reduce our concerns of leaving our pup behind. We found him happy and healthy upon our return. We will definitely look to request Julia again.”
