My dogs and cats in my home are each very unique behaviorally. My oldest dog, Wesley, is reactive and we have had to do extensive training and redirection with him. For example, I give him his Prozac every day and make sure that not only is he physically tired, but also mentally. My dogs each get 30+ minute walks a night as well as a morning stretch and plenty of yard time. My three cats get along pretty well although the older two get annoyed with the kitten’s antics, so I keep a plethora of toys on hand. In your home, I do the same thing by monitoring behaviors, asking about medications, and providing stimulation for the animals!
