About: I have been raised around all kinds of animals my entire life. Especially growing up with a mother who is a Vet Tech, I have seen the many different ways to care for an animal. Whether they’re young and energetic, shy and anxious, or an older pet who needs extra patience, I will adapt to each one of their needs. Since I am primarily an elementary school teacher, I highly value communication. If you book with me, please expect to get regular updates and pictures of your fur babies while you’re away. I will make sure to treat each one of your pets as if they are my own! I am a teacher so my summers are always very open. With that being said, throughout the week I am very open and on the weekends I will still be available but just not as much. I will always ensure an easy and calming first introduction to your pets so we can start off on a good foot. And in reality, that doesn’t always happen, so I will always remain patient with those who need it because eventually they will warm up to me.

Through caring for my own dogs after surgical procedures, I have become familiar with managing bandages, monitoring wounds, using cones, and following recovery instructions to help pets heal safely. I work full-time in Fuquay-Varina with a flexible schedule, which allows me to accommodate many pet care needs throughout the week. For drop-in visits and walks, I am typically available before work, during breaks (for pets located near my office), and in the evenings after work. My days often start early and end later in the evening, giving me additional flexibility compared to a traditional 9-to-5 schedule. On weekends, my availability is much more open, allowing me to spend extended time with your pets rather than just brief visits. I always do my best to work with each pet owner's schedule and ensure their pets receive reliable, attentive care. I am happy to care for your pets in the comfort of their own home, where they can stay in a familiar environment and maintain their normal routine. I offer drop-in visits, walks, feeding, playtime, medication administration (if needed), and plenty of attention and companionship while you're away. At this time, I do not offer boarding or pet care in my own home. I find that many pets are most comfortable in their own space, and I enjoy providing care where they feel safe and secure. My goal is to ensure your pets receive dependable, loving care and that you have peace of mind while you're away.

About: I have plenty of experience. I would often pet sit for my parents neighbors and I always grew up with pets in the house. I currently have cats, dogs and chickens. I helped take care of my family dog from when she was a puppy until she was old and could barely walk. I have a dog I got as a puppy and trained him myself and I trained my parents dog when she was a puppy, I taught her all the tricks she knows. I also have a dog with epilepsy so I have experience giving medication. I’m currently self employed and make my own hours and I stay home with my step daughter so I have lots of time on my hands. I am great at caring for your pets needs however you need. I’ve given medication to both cats and dogs so if it is something your pet needs I am the person for you.

We have a house together & a big backyard with four fur babies of our own (two Great Danes, Australian Kelpie, & a lab chihuahua mix.)
