About: I have plenty of experience. I would often pet sit for my parents neighbors and I always grew up with pets in the house. I currently have cats, dogs and chickens. I helped take care of my family dog from when she was a puppy until she was old and could barely walk. I have a dog I got as a puppy and trained him myself and I trained my parents dog when she was a puppy, I taught her all the tricks she knows. I also have a dog with epilepsy so I have experience giving medication. I’m currently self employed and make my own hours and I stay home with my step daughter so I have lots of time on my hands. About: Growing up we had dogs and lived them all. Got on my own I had a total of 3 dogs and thought I would not have a cat but did and would not have traded her for nothing. Did pet sitting for an older small dog and all went well. Have raised 2 dogs from puppies and one was easy and the other not. I just love animals large or small and right now I'm without any animals. So to be able to take care of and play with dogs of different sizes would be awesome. Dogs and cats are so unique and they make my day and make me smile. Currently I'm retired and take my walks around the pond and feed the ducks as well Currently have some activities at church on Monday morning. Otherwise a doctor's appointment. My time is pretty flexible except for Sunday for church, My animals are always treated like family. They are not meant to be tied up outside either. I feed them well and of course some treats. About: We're conveniently located just off of hwy 401 and near I-95 and I-40. I've always had family pets since I was the age of 2. I've cared for all ages of dogs and cats. I've been a midwife to many previous cats, bottle fed, watched live births of pups, and administered oral medications. I am always available for play time and snuggle time. I currently work part-time and am only away for 6 hours during the day. During this time my husband or my teen are usually home for part of that time. It's perfect because our pets aren't left all alone for very long. I have 2 dogs, one is playful and one is very relaxed. They have been around other dogs a number of times and loves playing at the dog park. They are friendly. At night our dogs are able to go upstairs and sleep in our room. During your pups stay, they are welcome to sleep anywhere in the house. We have a spare room downstairs that I'm happy to stay in if they need that (my dogs take up our whole bed upstairs). If your pup is crate trained and prefers their crate, I suggest you bring it for their stay so they can feel more at home.
