About: i’ve been pet sitting for the past five years. I also work with a nonprofit dog rescue and foster puppies. I have watched dogs of all breeds and sizes. I have a full time job but I can fit pets into my weekends. I can do three drop ins a day for dogs and cats if needed! If you just need one drop in I can after work (5:30 m-f) I do not offer in-home boarding, as I foster and have three dogs of my own. However, I provide attentive and reliable care in my clients’ homes. I follow each pet’s routine closely, including feeding, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and any special instructions. I make sure pets get appropriate exercise, mental stimulation, and plenty of affection while keeping their environment safe and comfortable. About: I've had German Shepherds, cats, and horses all my life. I fostered shy, scared cats from a shelter in Prague and got them all adopted, except my foster fail, Pepsi. I know how to coax out a hider and spot when a pet isn't feeling well. I've walked and dogsat large breeds, like huskies, staffies, labs, goldens, shepherds, collies, etc., and I'm comfortable with harnesses, muzzles, and waist leashes. I've given meds to many sick and senior animals (dogs and cats), using pill injectors and pill pockets. I can also do puppy basics like potty schedules and crate routines, if we keep a consistent schedule. I've volunteered at shelters since 2006, competed and been on training staff at horse competitions, farm sat, volunteered with therapeutic horse riding programs, and worked as a horse camp counselor. Drop-ins are my specialty, and I'm available mornings, afternoons, and evenings most days. Overnights can be arranged if you need them. At my home, my backyard is fully fenced appropriately for all sizes of dogs. Larger dogs get leashed walks (quiet neighborhood with no other dogs off leash) and supervised play.
