We really loved Margaux! She really stepped to the plate during a stressful emergency situation in our family that led to us needing a last min dog walker for our cute Brindi, multiple times a day and for a whole week and then several additional times the following week. She was personable, experienced, punctual, and even did her best attempts during a storm where Brindi was too scared to go outside. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
