“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Stars! Absolutely incredible sitter, I could tell that she treated my babies like her own. I cannot recommend Brooklynn enough! She took care of my two precious baby girls this past week, and she was an absolute lifesaver. From the very beginning, she proved to be super flexible, communicative, and punctual. She provided amazing care for my girls the entire week, ensuring all their routines were followed perfectly. The daily pictures and updates she sent gave me so much peace of mind and made me feel completely at ease while I was away. Thank you, Brooklynn!!❤️”

“Tara offers any pet caregiver more than what you could even expect. Impeccable communication, adorable notes, and of course tons of genuine support and love for my fur baby.”

About: I have my own dog, so I know how much pets mean. I treat every animal with the same love, care, and attention as mine. I’m a college student with later classes, which means I’m available in the mornings and mid-mornings during the week. I also have weekends free, so I can give your pets plenty of time, love, and attention when you need it most As a fellow pet owner, I understand the trust it takes. I’ll respect your home and care for your dog with love, reliability, and genuine attention

About: I’ve helped take care of my family dogs for many years. We’ve had dogs my whole life, and currently I’m helping care for our six month old puppy. So, I’ve had experience walking dogs, playing, feeding, taking out for potty breaks, naps, and many more. I’m currently on summer break, so I have plenty of free time to care for your pets! I’m happy to come anytime after 8:00am, and before 10:00 pm. I prefer not to work too late or overnight because I’m just not comfortable with it or driving when it’s really dark. I can’t care for dogs in my home because we currently have a puppy who is only sometimes ok with other dogs, and I live with my parents who won’t want other dogs around. But I’m happy to come over and care for them at your home. I’m comfortable with taking them out in the yard or walking them. And I can also crate them if need be. I’m comfortable with all dog breeds and sizes, unless they are aggressive.
About: I’ve grown up with pets, a dog and two cats. Pet sitting for my neighbors and watching my friend’s pets. I love animals and I hope they love me! I’m currently in school but my schedule is flexible, although most times I can’t do overnights. I’m available most to the entire day on weekends. I love to work on holiday breaks, whenever I’m free. I am very communicative about any pop up issues or schedule conflicts. I deescalate situations immediately with my cats whenever they fight. I’m good with separating problems but prefer to not work with aggressive or just mean animals.

“It was our first time using Rover and we were so anxious since we were going to be away and were worried about our sweet dogs needs. But Julia made us feel at ease and was so kind and amazing with our dog. Our dog loved going on walks with her. She kept us upated on all the walks with rover card and we got multiple pics of our dog during each walk. Will highly recommend her and Julia we look forward to working with you again in the future! Thanks so much!”

About: Hi! My name is Wednesday, and my pronouns are they/them. I've been using Rover since 2022 and have had dozens of wonderful clients! I've recently moved from Chapel Hill and am looking for new clients in the area. I have experience with many types of dogs, from newborn to senior or nervous to energetic. I've been fostering puppies since the age of 13, including a litter of 5 at two months and a litter of 8 newborn puppies in 2020 and 2021 respectively. I love dogs! My family has owned a total of 6 throughout my lifetime and I now have my own named October. She is a calm, well-trained dog who is very low maintenance and friendly! She typically does not come along with me on my jobs. I am dedicated to creating a safe and loving environment for your pets, along with clear communication and a trusting relationship with clients. Thank you for your consideration! I work part-time remotely and attend online school, so my schedule is fairly flexible. I always make sure before booking a client that I have enough time to dedicate to their pets so that they are properly taken care of! Communication is key! Before booking pet care, I do my best to get to know your dog, including their routine, temperament, and any other little quirks! We will discuss this information either through Rover, a phone call, and/or a Meet and Greet. My hope is that through these conversations you feel at ease leaving your pet in my care! My top priority is making sure your pet is comfortable, safe, and taken care of.

About: I have been caring for my family dog since we got him four years ago and my other dog for 8 years. Over the past two years, I have also house-sat for multiple people, taking care of their pets for several days at a time. In addition, I have cared for many animals in my own home. I currently do not have a job so I am completely free morning tonight anytime I also do not have any other side hustles so anytime works! I would care for someone’s animal in their home as if they were my own. I would make sure they are fed on time, have fresh water, get plenty of exercise, and receive any medications or special care they need. Beyond meeting their basic needs, I would spend quality time with them by playing, cuddling, and keeping them company so they feel safe and loved while their owner is away. I understand that pets are family members, so I would work hard to maintain their routine, provide comfort, and give them the same patience, affection, and attention they are used to every day.

“Thank you so much!! This made my whole day 🥹 Jersey is my old lady so she definitely moves a little slower during the day — totally normal for her! So glad there were no soupy surprises downstairs lol. We would absolutely love to have you walk them again — so happy they were good for you!! 🐾💕”

About: I’ve been around dogs most of my life and have loved every second of it! I’ve had my own for the past 7 years, and I care for every dog I meet like they’re my own. I’m a stay at home mom and looking to spend some time outside the house! I love dogs and I’d love to spend time with yours! I am available anytime on the weekends, weekday mornings/evenings. I can do a mid day visit as well! When I’m in a client’s home, I do my best to follow their instructions so pets feel at ease in their own environment. About: Animals have had my heart my whole life! I have had dog and cat fur babies, and I’ve been a sitter for dogs, cats, guinea pigs, and reptiles. My senior dog Gideon recently passed away, and it’s given me immense joy to help my neighbors with their dogs and fill my heart with some doggo love. I adopted my dog when he was being re-homed at the age of four because he was too much work for his previous family. He came to me with trauma-influenced behaviors and extreme anxiety, and we worked together every day to support each other and grow over time. He was able to have such a happy life and I miss him every day! I’d love to share some of my love with your pet! I am currently working from home and able to be very present for the pets in my home! I have plenty of time for walks, playing, giving attention, and down time. I live in a two story townhome with a fenced-in patio and non-fenced yard. I live in a friendly and safe community for taking walks or playing together outside. I have a friendly cat, but I am able to keep the cat in a separate space if needed.

I have taken care of many types of dogs from chihuahuas to Great Danes! I am well equipped to give medication as I have had to that for many of my own pets and other peoples pets. Pet care fits into my routine as I am self employed and able to create my schedule around pet sitting clients that need care throughout the day and the week. I am a person that can provide comfort for your fur baby while you are away. I am a trustworthy person that can follow instructions provided by the client to insure their pets are safe and comfortable in their environment!

Me and my dog Kamron are really grateful to have found Saffiyah. She was super caring, patient, and willing to adjust with last minute changes. Kamron loved her from the first walk so we are saddened to see her go but we’re super excited and happy for her future endeavors. It was a pleasure working with you 🐾

This woman is GODSENT. Like I came back and my dog looked so healthy and happy, like he literally looked so good & I say that because most days when I’m gone longer than a week I come back and my dog looks distressed. I hadn’t used Rover since a woman came to my home and just wouldn’t take her time with my big Amstaff & Savannah? Nope, not her she got right in there, and literally was so sweet to my baby. Like when I tell you God sent she’s God sent, professional, attentive, she did the DAMMMM THING. If she’s accepts, she’s now Oji’s routine baby sitter

I had a wonderful experience using Jennifer as a dog walker for my dog, Remi. This was my first time using a dog-walking service, and she provided a lot of peace of mind while I was away for a few days. Remi really values the comfort and safety of being at home, so it meant a lot that he was able to stay in his familiar environment and still be well-cared for. Jennifer shared meaningful updates & photos throughout her visits and kept me informed every step of the way. She was also very courteous even bringing in a package for me while I was gone. She truly went above and beyond to make sure Remi was happy and comfortable. I will absolutely be using her services again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and reliable dog walker.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment.
