About: I’ve grown up with pets, a dog and two cats. Pet sitting for my neighbors and watching my friend’s pets. I love animals and I hope they love me! I’m currently in school but my schedule is flexible, although most times I can’t do overnights. I’m available most to the entire day on weekends. I love to work on holiday breaks, whenever I’m free. I am very communicative about any pop up issues or schedule conflicts. I deescalate situations immediately with my cats whenever they fight. I’m good with separating problems but prefer to not work with aggressive or just mean animals.

About: I have spent my entire life surrounded by animals, and I truly believe they make a house a home. For 10 years, I was a proud "dog dad" to a West Highland White Terrier, so I am very familiar with the high energy, grooming needs, and big personalities that come with spirited breeds! I have been the go-to pet sitter for my friends and neighbors for years, handling everything from quick drop-in visits to overnight stays. Whether your dog is a high-energy explorer or a senior who just wants a quite cuddle, I have the patience and experience to make them feel safe while you're away. I have a very flexible schedule so I will be able to spend a lot of time with your pups. And I can house/pet sit on evenings or weekends. I will read and follow any instructions you might have, and I will love your pet and care for him as my own. When pet/house sitting, I will comply with any instructions you might have, and help ease any anxiety.

About: Hi! My name is Wednesday, and my pronouns are they/them. I've been using Rover since 2022 and have had dozens of wonderful clients! I've recently moved from Chapel Hill and am looking for new clients in the area. I have experience with many types of dogs, from newborn to senior or nervous to energetic. I've been fostering puppies since the age of 13, including a litter of 5 at two months and a litter of 8 newborn puppies in 2020 and 2021 respectively. I love dogs! My family has owned a total of 6 throughout my lifetime and I now have my own named October. She is a calm, well-trained dog who is very low maintenance and friendly! She typically does not come along with me on my jobs. I am dedicated to creating a safe and loving environment for your pets, along with clear communication and a trusting relationship with clients. Thank you for your consideration! I work part-time remotely and attend online school, so my schedule is fairly flexible. I always make sure before booking a client that I have enough time to dedicate to their pets so that they are properly taken care of! Communication is key! Before booking pet care, I do my best to get to know your dog, including their routine, temperament, and any other little quirks! We will discuss this information either through Rover, a phone call, and/or a Meet and Greet. My hope is that through these conversations you feel at ease leaving your pet in my care! My top priority is making sure your pet is comfortable, safe, and taken care of.

About: Hi, I’m Summer. As a dog mom of four and having my oldest for 10 years now we have experienced the best years together. My passion is to provide that same care to your furry family while you’re away 💗 With working early hours in a bakery on a need be base, my schedule is flexible. I currently have two dogs and two fosters. They are all loving and have adapted quite quickly to our relaxed home environment as I’ve learned that is the best way for them to show their true personality and be comfortable. We go for frequent walks, rides in the car, visits to dog parks and their favorite, the beach! I have a fenced in yard and wish to bring the same safety and comfort to your furry friend while you’re away. I’m also familiar with the halo collar as one of our fosters is currently learning safety boundaries 💗

About: I’ve been around dogs most of my life and have loved every second of it! I’ve had my own for the past 7 years, and I care for every dog I meet like they’re my own. I’m a stay at home mom and looking to spend some time outside the house! I love dogs and I’d love to spend time with yours! I am available anytime on the weekends, weekday mornings/evenings. I can do a mid day visit as well! When I’m in a client’s home, I do my best to follow their instructions so pets feel at ease in their own environment. One of my dogs gets terrible anxiety when we leave him, so I know how stressful It is for pups to not have their humans home! I want them to be as comfortable as possible. I give each pet the same care and attention I’d want for my own.

About: I have been caring of furry family members since 2006. I owned and operated a very successful pet sitting company for 12 years and prior to that was a police officer and detective for 13 years. Since having children I have devoted my spare time to fostering dachshunds and providing quality pet sitting and dog walking services to many pet owners in and around Raleigh and Wake Forest. My family consists of 2 young human kiddos, 2 senior dachshunds - Maggie and Julie and two queen-bee cats named Autumn and Lucy. I’ve been a dachshund mom for 23 years and work closely and foster with Doxie by Proxy Rescue. My last 2 rescues were brought into our family at the ages of 12 and 13. I have experience with almost all breeds and ages of dogs and cats. I’m 49 and very responsible and trustworthy. I will care for your pets as if they are my own.... guaranteed! My schedule is fairly flexible as I stay at home with my 2 kids ages 7 and 9. Depending on the time of year (summer breaks and track outs may change my availability just slightly). Weekends and holiday are always open! I am very aware of a client’s home and what is expected as far as safety and trust. Being a former police officer, I am a trustworthy option. I strive to stick close to a client’s schedule and routine when it comes to the pet’s feedings, walks, potty times, and play. Most of my day is open to care for pets and provide dog walks! I so enjoy staying busy and spending my days with furry friends. I always try to stick closely to your pet’s schedule including walk/potty times and feeding. I am an early riser so morning visits are no problem!

I’m a college student with later classes, which means I’m available in the mornings and mid-mornings during the week. About: I’ve helped take care of my family dogs for many years. We’ve had dogs my whole life, and currently I’m helping care for our six month old puppy. So, I’ve had experience walking dogs, playing, feeding, taking out for potty breaks, naps, and many more. I’m currently on summer break, so I have plenty of free time to care for your pets! I’m happy to come anytime after 8:00am, and before 10:00 pm. I prefer not to work too late or overnight because I’m just not comfortable with it or driving when it’s really dark. I can’t care for dogs in my home because we currently have a puppy who is only sometimes ok with other dogs, and I live with my parents who won’t want other dogs around. But I’m happy to come over and care for them at your home. I’m comfortable with taking them out in the yard or walking them. And I can also crate them if need be. I’m comfortable with all dog breeds and sizes, unless they are aggressive.

About: I have grown up around dogs my whole life. Along with taking care of my own furry friend, I have experience volunteering at local dog shelters and have a passion for promoting adoption. I love being active and am looking forward to many long walks with your dogs! As a college student, I am very flexible with pet care while I am home over my summer break. I am an early riser, so morning visits/walks will not be an issue. Rover is my full time job this summer so I am eager to accommodate your summer schedule! I understand the importance of earning an animal’s trust before anything else. About: Animals have had my heart my whole life! I have had dog and cat fur babies, and I’ve been a sitter for dogs, cats, guinea pigs, and reptiles. My senior dog Gideon recently passed away, and it’s given me immense joy to help my neighbors with their dogs and fill my heart with some doggo love. I adopted my dog when he was being re-homed at the age of four because he was too much work for his previous family. He came to me with trauma-influenced behaviors and extreme anxiety, and we worked together every day to support each other and grow over time. He was able to have such a happy life and I miss him every day! I’d love to share some of my love with your pet! I am currently working from home and able to be very present for the pets in my home! I have plenty of time for walks, playing, giving attention, and down time. I live in a two story townhome with a fenced-in patio and non-fenced yard. I live in a friendly and safe community for taking walks or playing together outside. I have a friendly cat, but I am able to keep the cat in a separate space if needed.

About: I’ve been caring for dogs ever since I can remember. I have always loved animals. I’ve worked as a kennel tech, so I know a lot of special tips and tricks when it comes to caring for your pups. I would love the opportunity to care for yours! I have one dog of my own that I rescued. She is 4 years old and would love some company now and then. I do live in an apartment, but i’m right in front of my complex’s dog park! About: I have been caring for my family dog since we got him four years ago and my other dog for 8 years. Over the past two years, I have also house-sat for multiple people, taking care of their pets for several days at a time. In addition, I have cared for many animals in my own home. I currently do not have a job so I am completely free morning tonight anytime I also do not have any other side hustles so anytime works! I would care for someone’s animal in their home as if they were my own. I would make sure they are fed on time, have fresh water, get plenty of exercise, and receive any medications or special care they need. Beyond meeting their basic needs, I would spend quality time with them by playing, cuddling, and keeping them company so they feel safe and loved while their owner is away. I understand that pets are family members, so I would work hard to maintain their routine, provide comfort, and give them the same patience, affection, and attention they are used to every day.
