About: It can be stressful leaving your dog behind, and we understand that first hand. We help alleviate any fears and treat your dog as a member of our family. We have two dogs of our own and know how important it is for us to know they are treated well whether we leave them with someone else or if someone stops in for care. We appreciate the trust our clients have in us and understand the immense responsibility whether your dogs are left with us or if we are granted access to your home. We have a house with large fenced in yard for play time with our little pack.For drop in visits, we make sure your dog feels comfortable in their own environment and gets the love and attention they may be missing during your absence. We love play time, but cuddle time is a favorite around here!

About: Hi! My name is Wednesday, and my pronouns are they/them. I've been using Rover since 2022 and have had dozens of wonderful clients! I've recently moved from Chapel Hill and am looking for new clients in the area. I have experience with many types of dogs, from newborn to senior or nervous to energetic. I've been fostering puppies since the age of 13, including a litter of 5 at two months and a litter of 8 newborn puppies in 2020 and 2021 respectively. I love dogs! My family has owned a total of 6 throughout my lifetime and I now have my own named October. She is a calm, well-trained dog who is very low maintenance and friendly! She typically does not come along with me on my jobs. I am dedicated to creating a safe and loving environment for your pets, along with clear communication and a trusting relationship with clients. Thank you for your consideration! I work part-time remotely and attend online school, so my schedule is fairly flexible. I always make sure before booking a client that I have enough time to dedicate to their pets so that they are properly taken care of! Communication is key! Before booking pet care, I do my best to get to know your dog, including their routine, temperament, and any other little quirks! We will discuss this information either through Rover, a phone call, and/or a Meet and Greet. My hope is that through these conversations you feel at ease leaving your pet in my care! About: I’ve taken care of dogs of all ages and sizes (as well as cats) since high school. I have two cats of my own, and grew up with (big) dogs. I’m very comfortable with both overnight stays and drop-in care. I also have lots of experience with multi-pet homes. I’m currently working part-time in the summer, and will be taking college classes starting in September. I’m always free to drop in for mealtimes and walks, and either in the morning or evening can provide more in-depth attention. I am only able to work in clients homes, where I can adapt to any environment necessary, from long walks to backyard play to crate training.

Pet care fits perfectly into my weekday routine! For the time being, I'm available almost all day for walks and drop-in visits. I am unavailable between 7AM-8AM and then 2PM-4PM, with some flexibility depending on your location. I plan my day around giving pets the time, attention, and care they need — whether it’s a quick potty break, playtime, or some midday cuddles. On Mondays I typically work from home, so I’d be able to do drop ins on Mondays, and on Fridays I work in the office for a half day, so if you go on a weekend getaway I could start earlier on Friday afternoon. I also am off on weekends, so I have full availability then. I can also do evening check-ins any day of the week. When going into someone else’s home, I make sure to follow any rules that the family has in place for me. When caring for a pet in someone else’s home, I don’t mind spending extra time with their pet as I know sometimes animals can get lonely and miss their humans. I will be sure to make sure they are well fed, always have water, get lots of pets/snuggles, and I’ll be sure to send updates and photos. If there is anything wrong when checking on your pet, I will be sure to let you know immediately and will take your pet to a vet.

About: While your pets are in my care, they will be treated as if they were my own. I will assist you in training your puppy to master the basic commands: sit, stay, and come. I am retired so your pet care is my first responsibility. During the summer, I will walk in the morning with potty breaks in the afternoon if it's too hot. During winter, if the weather doesn't permit driving, I will contact you and ensure that as soon as I can drive, I will be there to give your pet much-needed potty breaks and playtime. About: Hi!! I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life, mainly mid-sized/larger breeds, and taken care of their medication, food, play and exercise needs whenever my family would be out of town. Over the past three years, I’ve worked with multiple different families and truly love creating a safe, happy place for your fur child, as well as making sure you know your pet is being well cared for! I provided full time care for weekends and vacation weeks, including keeping to the owner’s preferences for number of walks and feeding times, playing throughout the day, and administering meds as appropriate. I’m your dog’s number one fan, as well as photographer (so you’ll definitely get some cute photos of them too). I’m a physical therapist, and I’d love the opportunity to help out with your pet care needs. Currently I’m located in Wake Forest until mid-August, then I’ll be moving to Wilmington to start my full-time residency! The majority of my experience is house sitting, so I ensure both the dog’s needs and house needs are taken care of.
