I would prefer drop in visits. I have 3 dogs that live with me FT, and no extra room for a visiting pup to sleep in my bed. Typically have time for 3 drop-in visits per day, sometimes 4 if necessary. We’ve had several dog sitters/walkers over the years and Cindy is by far the best. Sage is a true chow chow and can be very particular about people and handling. Cindy was very patient with her and gave her the space she needed to adjust. Sage always barked when Cindy arrived while wagging her tail, she responded well to treats and commands and enjoyed her walks with Cindy. We really lucked out in finding Cindy and are very grateful for her care of Sage.

Like I came back and my dog looked so healthy and happy, like he literally looked so good & I say that because most days when I’m gone longer than a week I come back and my dog looks distressed. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
