Availability
I’m a student with lots of free time this summer! I’m an early riser, ready to go at 6-7am, and I end my days at around 9-10pm. I have lots of flexibility for all times of the day during the week, except on Thursdays I’ll only be available in the morning or evening.

About Ella W.

Safety, trust & environment
I can care for your pets in your own home, where they will feel most comfortable and secure. They’ll be sure to get lots of attention and love from me, and you will get consistent updates about them! I also love going on walks, so active dogs will get plenty of exercise. I’ll follow instructions left for me about their daily schedule and relay any concerns or questions I might have.
Information Ella W. would like to know about your pet
I’d like to know your pet’s routine if they have one, and where their important things like food, water bowls, and crates are kept. It’s also important for me to know if they have any destructive, aggressive, or nervous behaviors and what might trigger that. I’d prefer to meet you and your pet in person before they’re left in my care to see if we would be a good fit!
A typical day
I love starting off the day with a morning walk with plenty of sniff breaks. We can also play fetch at a dog park and meet other dogs, or play tug of war with some toys inside. One of my favorite ways to treat dogs while providing mental stimulation is to give them a lickmat, especially a frozen one on a hot day. They will also get lots of pets and scratches, or get brushed if they enjoy that.

Active reliable animal caretaker
Pet care experience
I have experience working with different types of animals including dogs, cats, and horses! I started out taking care of horses in 2021, and since then I’ve taken care of dogs and cats for my family and neighbors. I love going outside on walks and I know how to handle a big dog or a leash puller! I work really well with following an established routine and I value communication. I also have a golden retriever named Tilly that I’ve helped raise since she was a puppy, and she just turned 4! She requires daily medication, so I’m very familiar with hiding it in her treats. I love all furry friends big or small and I can’t wait to meet yours!
Reviews

Ella is wonderful. We unexpectantly adopted 3 brother kittens and had a family vacation already planned before we adopted. Rover.com was recommended for care and we cannot be more happy with the care Ella gave our boys. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ELLA.

So happy to have found someone my cats love! Ella takes the best photos and is so responsive!
