Hi! I’m Gretchen, and first and foremost I can’t wait to meet your pet. I totally get the guilt of leaving your pet and wanting someone there to give them the same attention you do. My background is all over the board, all high pressure positions, usually leading large teams. However, my last position was remote, mundane, and a bore. I decided to take a whack at some of the hustle apps over the holidays, and I fell in love with petsitting. Once I started to build genuine relationships with other people’s pets, feel helpful, and have fun, I decided to do this full time. If you are looking for a home for your pup to be spoiled by a solo mom and her two kids… you found us. We love a full house with cuddly puppies. ❤️

Gretchen took great care of Zari while I was out of the country. This was my first time leaving her for more than three nights and I was a little worried, but Gretchen’s meet and greet plan and drop off made it really easy. I would have appreciated a few more updates but I did appreciate that she sent updates in the early morning hours so I received them while I awake, given the time difference.
Such a trustworthy dogsitter and I am so thankful I found her!
Super easy drop off and pick up, communicative, nice yard! Gretchen was able to help out last minute, which saved the day for me. Miley had a great time!
Gretchen is absolutely amazing. My dog has never been with a sitter before so I was worried about how he was going to adjust, but her family made him feel right at home alongside their dogs! I’ll definitely be booking with her again in the future! I cannot recommend her enough!

Schedule
I am a full time newly solo mom, just trying to bring some excitement into our days, while working around my schedule. I spend most of my days with a house filled with my kids and their friends, and my dogs and their friends. 🤣. We enjoy morning and night walks, and a good pack walk! I have a few families I constantly check in on their pups, but other than that we are home full time.

I have two playful pups Simba, 12 and Fred, 3. We have a fenced in back yard and go on a morning walk and an evening walk, usually about a 20 minute mile. We also have two happy pre-teens who look forward to keeping your pup entertained, but I will be the primary care giver and walker.
Pets
A typical day
From going on daily walks to playing fetch, your pup will be endlessly entertained. I also have two pups who love to play between naps, so you know your pup will be entertained the whole time. I have had a blast learning different ways to spoil your pup, like frozen dinners or cucumbers in water! If you are boarding or doggy daycare, we have drop off and pick up down to a tee! Super easy. If I am dropping in, we usually do a walk, feeding, cuddles, and photoshoot.
