Karina took great care of our three pets while we were out of town, even our somewhat troublesome cat who is pretty standoffish with strangers. She sent us multiple pictures per day and kept us up to date. My dog had some health issues while she was caring for them (diarrhea) and she let me know promptly, picked up some meds that I arranged through his vet, and cleaned up the mess in my home. Jade is my hero. I had previously booked her for a concert in January when a previous (non-Rover) sitter cancelled last minute, and Jade was ready to step up to the plate and help. The concert ended up getting cancelled anyway due to ice, but I knew my wife and I would have another trip coming up soon, and I knew I wanted Jade to be our new sitter. One of my cats I wasn't worried about at all, but the other can be a little shy. Jade was phenomenal with both cats, giving them both the love and care they deserve.
