About: I have had much experience with pets my whole life. Growing up I always had pets in the house. If there is anything wrong with the pet I will gladly be able to take them to the vet. I have volunteered at animal shelters to help get dogs adopted. Dogs bring me so much joy and are fun to be around. Even when I am a little stressed with homework. I love animals so much. It gives me such joy playing both inside and outside with dogs. I hope that by throwing the ball and playing fetch with each and every dog I will grow to love dogs even more. You know what they say "a dog is a man's best friend", and I truly believe that.

About: I have been an animal owner since I was a child. I’ve cared for cats and dogs regularly as well as other animals including hamsters, snakes, and children ;) I am not currently able to have an animal of my own, so I find joy in caring for others’ pets. My son enjoys playing and caring for the pets with me! We recently relocated to the Raleigh area from Michigan and are excited to meet! I work from home, and have a flexible schedule, so I can easily accommodate a daily walk and regular potty breaks. However, a crate is required for overnight stays. I have a fenced in dog park with plenty of space for running and playing and a nice neighborhood with sidewalks for long walks! :)

Karina took great care of our three pets while we were out of town, even our somewhat troublesome cat who is pretty standoffish with strangers. She sent us multiple pictures per day and kept us up to date. My dog had some health issues while she was caring for them (diarrhea) and she let me know promptly, picked up some meds that I arranged through his vet, and cleaned up the mess in my home. Highly recommend her for your pet care!
Jade is my hero. I had previously booked her for a concert in January when a previous (non-Rover) sitter cancelled last minute, and Jade was ready to step up to the plate and help. The concert ended up getting cancelled anyway due to ice, but I knew my wife and I would have another trip coming up soon, and I knew I wanted Jade to be our new sitter. One of my cats I wasn't worried about at all, but the other can be a little shy. Jade was phenomenal with both cats, giving them both the love and care they deserve. She gave us consistent and detailed updates and she's just a joy to talk to. Jade, come back over whenever to see Noctis and Umbra! They love you, too!
Exceptionally kind, professional, easy to talk to and work with. We had technological troubles with entry and an additional request not related to the kitties & she was so very accommodating. She seems to exude a natural warmth that draws out even the shyest of animals and was proactive in setting up a complimentary meet-and-greet despite our minimal 48-hr. notice of request. She is very trustworthy & I will give more notice so we can set up care with her again next time!
Danielle did a wonderful job taking care of my two cats over the Christmas Holiday while I was out of town! The kitties seemed happy and well fed and everything I mentioned was taken care of by Danielle. Plus the pictures she sent with each visit were very cute!
