I have been caring for my family dog since we got him four years ago and my other dog for 8 years. Over the past two years, I have also house-sat for multiple people, taking care of their pets for several days at a time. In addition, I have cared for many animals in my own home.

I would care for someone’s animal in their home as if they were my own. I would make sure they are fed on time, have fresh water, get plenty of exercise, and receive any medications or special care they need. Beyond meeting their basic needs, I would spend quality time with them by playing, cuddling, and keeping them company so they feel safe and loved while their owner is away. I understand that pets are family members, so I would work hard to maintain their routine, provide comfort, and give them the same patience, affection, and attention they are used to every day.

Isabella took good care of our border collie while we were away. She communicated with me daily and sent pictures.

Schedule
I'm currently working part time and a cafe and usually work mornings from around 4am-12pm and will probably not be able to come during breaks. I am used to waking up early and going to bed late.
