Considering being in Europe and so far away, I was very nervous leaving Taz for so long in the care of a stranger. I now know Lexi was the right person to take care of Taz and will request her service in the future. Lexi sent photos with every visit. She went above and beyond IMO. She gave Taz his meds, she brushed Taz, she contacted me and sent photos when he got a hot spot. I asked her to use the anti itch/ fungal spray I have and put a cone/collar on him to help prevent further irritation. She even brought my garbage can in and did a special mail check for me. About: I grew up on a farm with all sorts of animals. I have had indoor pets for over 30 years and currently my family and I have two cats. I can even take care of smaller pets like hamsters, guinea pigs and lizards. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
