“Excellent. Desiree is very dependable. She's also great with communication and pics and updates:) She also was really helpful recently when a large loose dog got into our yard - one of my male friends was scared of this dog but Desiree skillfully got the dog back outside our fence with no issues.”

“I can’t say enough great things about her care and dedication to our four legged babies. She was attentive, responsive, and very sweet. A true animal lover that my Bandit and Whiskey were instantly attached to. It made going on vacation a lot easier knowing she was there with them. I highly recommend her services.”

“Teresa is absolutely amazing. We think they’re the best and so do our pups! Teresa did an excellent job caring for all 3 of our dogs, including our pupper in a wheelchair. We loved the updates and pictures from each visit and will definitely book again in the future!!”

“Marissa left me feeling like my cat was in very good hands. I know it's Rover policy, but I looked forward to being notified when she arrived and left. Getting the photos made me feel very secure.”

“Rachel was a great drop in visitor for our dog. She was always on time and made sure our dog was comfortable with her. Rachel kept us informed of every visit and provided prompt updates with each visit. We would recommend Rachel for your dog sitting needs.”

“Kim was fabulous! She did drop in visits for our two cats while we were out of town for 10 days and it was such a relief to have her. We will definitely book with her in the future!”

“Elizabeth took such great care of our Clover! Sent plenty of pictures while we were away and was extremely communicative throughout our trip. We would 100% have Elizabeth watch our car again in the future for any trip no matter how short or long. Thank you Elizabeth!”

“Cameron took wonderful care of our cats while we were away. He was kind, gentle, and incredibly thoughtful with them. He spent quality time playing with them and kept us updated every day with photos and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind. Our cats are naturally shy, but Cameron was patient and let them warm up at their own pace, it was amazing to see that they had opened up to him within just two days. Beyond being fantastic with pets, Cameron is also a genuinely pleasant person to talk to. We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter and would happily book him again!”

“It was very obvious from our interactions with Haven, that she really cared about making sure our boy was happy and comfortable. She gave lots of attention and love to our pup. We were kept updated with messages and pictures from each visit. Over all a great experience. We will definitely be reaching out again for future bookings.”

“We highly recommend Brandon! He is kind, caring, confident, conscientious, and incredibly reliable! Our dog can't tolerate a kennel, so we did in-home pet sitting with Brandon. He followed our dog's routine and kept us informed with updates and fun photos. Our dog was content and happy when we got home. There was no stress whatsoever during travel...for us or our dog. We're grateful to have found him!”

“Nicole was great. Sent updates and pics daily. So glad we were able to enjoy our trip knowing our pup was in good hands . We will definitely be using Nicole again.”

“Kaity did an excellent job taking care of multiple animals during drop in visits. She was a great communicator, provided lots of pictures and updates, and was just a joy to work with. Her care of the animals was obvious. We’re looking forward to booking again in the future. Thank you so much Kaity!”

“Karra is great. She was flexible with us when I messed up the timing in the app. She communicated all the time with us letting us know how our dogs were doing and she was super attentive. Our dogs loved her. We definitely will use her services again.”
About: I love everything about animals! When it comes to Cats and Dogs they are such great companions and I truly enjoy seeing an animal that is pleased and satisfied with my care, as well as their owners and I will do everything to make sure that happens, I have had professional experience working for a doggie daycare business. I of course am a pet owner myself and know what its like to have to trust someone else to take care of your beautiful pet. I very much value that trust and and take the time to learn different tricks and techniques to provide the best care possible for any type of dog or cat that I could possibly encounter on a day to day basis. I am sure that I can provide a valuable service to you. I work Part-Time, and I keep a flexible schedule so I will have no issue fitting any commitments into my calendar and I always maintain clear communication. Based on discussions with the client I will give as much attention to the animal as possible during service including playing with or without toys, walks, bathroom breaks, Feeding, Cuddles etc. based on the desire of the animal.

Our own furry family includes a longhair Chihuahua we rescued as a pup, a Chow-Chow mix rescued from the woods, and two gentle Great Pyrenees who serve as our lovable outdoor guardians. Your pups will be supervised at all times and safe when we step out for errands. Most dogs love the socialization here — it’s a blast to watch them play and make friends! As a stay-at-home mom, I’m home full-time to care for your dogs with plenty of love, attention, and snuggles. I can’t wait to welcome your furry family members into our home! Our property sits on 15 acres and is home to chickens, guinea fowl, and turkeys. The backyard is fully fenced, providing a safe, fun space for your pups to run, explore, and play. We have lots of dog toys available, so there’s no need to bring extras — we’ll keep your toys safe and avoid any mix-ups. 🕕 Hours: 6am–9pm (Flexible if you need early drop-offs or late pick-ups — just ask!) 🎁 Referral Bonus: Refer a friend who books a stay, and you’ll receive 1 free night for one of your dogs! We’d love to meet your pups and give them a safe, happy, and loving home-away-from-home. Feel free to reach out with any questions — thanks so much for checking out our profile! I'm home full time so we will mostly be here with your fur baby. If we do leave for a playground or errand it's for a short time. I have two dogs of my own for socialization and a crate or separate room if needed if there's a dog that needs a break.

Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.
House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Wilton. On Rover:

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
