About: I have been a dog lover since childhood, and my passion for animals continues to grow. I have a high-energy dog named Pepper, who is a 9-year-old Double Doodle. As she has gotten older, I have gained experience in taking care of her, including washing, playing, feeding, and walking her. I have also done pet-sitting for some family friends from time to time. I will do my best to meet all the needs of your furry friend so they can thrive! Morning until late afternoon is the best time for me to care for your furry friend. I am often busy after those times due to school and home responsibilities. However, there will be times when later hours work for me. I will mark it all on my calendar so you will be in the know! In your home, I will treat your pet with the utmost care while also respecting the rules of your household. Listening and being attentive to a pet are two of the most important things to petsitting. I will share updates and photos via messages to keep you in the know about how your precious dog is doing!

About: I have had pets my entire life, including dogs, cats, fish, and hamsters, which has given me experience caring for animals with different needs and personalities. I have also watched my neighbors' dogs for the past six years, helping with feeding, walking, playtime, and general care. In addition, I currently have a dog of my own, so I understand the importance of providing pets with attention, exercise, patience, and loving care. Pet care fits very naturally into my daily routine. I'm currently a stay-at-home mom, and my kids are in school during the day, which gives me plenty of free time to care for pets. After dropping my kids off at school, I'm generally available from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM for walks, feeding, playtime, check-ins, and giving pets attention and companionship. While I do pick my kids up from school and attend some after-school activities, I have a flexible schedule and can provide dependable, loving care throughout the day. In my home, I care for a two-year-old Goldendoodle, a pink toe tarantula, and fish, so I'm experience with caring for different of pets and their individual needs. My dog gets daily walks, is fed twice a day, and enjoys treats, regular grooming, and plenty of playtime both indoors and outdoors. I make sure all of my pets receive lots of attention, exercise, and loving care every day. When caring for pets in a client's home, I follow their normals routine as closely as possible to help pets feel comfortable and safe. I have watched my neighbor's' dogs on many occasions while they were on vacation or away for weekends. During those times, I visited their home about four times a day to walk, feed, play with, and give attention to their dogs. I also cared for their fish by feeding them and checking on them during each visit. I understand how important it is for pet owners to know their pets are being cared for with patience, reliability, and love.

About: Have owned my own dogs and cats over the years. As they've grown older and passed on, I have satisfied my love for animals by caring for my kids' pets when they go on vacation. I've gone to their house and stayed, but also they have stayed in my home while mom and dad are away. We go for walks, and I have a fenced in yard and doggy door them to come and go as they please. Like my grandkids: I love having them and playing, but I also love the flexibility of sending them back to mom and dad! I am a retired teacher and am home most days. I have various errands during the day, or other things, but nothing that would interfere with visiting guests. I no longer have a dog of my own but our visiting fur babies ( and the grands) have a fenced yard with doggy door. Dogs are secure inside the back yard. I care for one dog, that loves the back yard and wants to stay out all day, weather permitting. He is safe and secure there with water and shade, and comes in when he is ready. But most of the dogs come inside. They are free to go out to play and do their business.

About: I have had dogs my entire life, and always find myself drawn to them. As a young woman searching for my purpose, I want to spend my time doing what fulfills me. I have been pet sitting for my friend who has a dog aggressive dog, and enjoy spending the quality time with her. I will always give exceptional care and focus on forming lasting friendships with the animals in my care. Friendships that last longer than a meet and greet or drop-in visit. I am always looking out for the pet and putting their needs first. I pay attention to animal behavior and never push past their limit, to ensure a good relationship is being built. My primary goal is to make sure the client and pet are comfortable. I currently am not in school or employed as I recently moved to the area. I have lots of time on my hands to spend with your baby. I will always put the pet's needs first, and ensure I keep their schedule the same as my client does for them. I care for the animal and the home and keep it just as I found it.

About: I don't remember at time that I didn't have a dog as a companion. They've always been a part of my family. Currently I have a long haired Chihuahua at home. Joey is 11 years old and going strong. Until this past April, I also had a miniature poodle that was named Shadow. Shadow and I were best friends for 17 years until he passed from old age. During his lifetime, Shadow was able to travel to The Bahamas and to Canada with me. I loved being with him. I know how hard it is to leave a pet behind, wondering if they're ok. It's important that you know they're well taken care of when you're away. I'll take care of them like they're my own.

I have had pets my entire life and have been pet sitting for over 20 years. My work schedule is flexible and I work from home most days. On the days I go into the office, I am not gone for extended hours. I have plenty of time and availability for morning, mid-day, and evening pet care during the week. On weekends, morning play time is always extended, as is snuggle time, and longer walks if the weather allows - but we always spend a ton of time in the backyard, unless our guest prefers naptime on the couch. I take pet care seriously, especially with other people's pets. I treat the animals with the same respect I treat my own, and how I would want someone else to take care of mine. I want the pets I care for to feel safe and happy, and barely miss their owners. That means I am very intentional about their physical as well their emotional needs. And, honestly, I get so much joy meeting new pets and hanging out with them that I want the pets to feel the same way about me. I will follow their normal schedule for feeding, walking, and anything else you ask as part of their routine. I am also very communicative while taking care of your pet(s)! I will check in with you everyday to provide at least a picture and any updates. I take a ton of photos, and love to share those! I am also always available for you to reach out anytime and respond quickly. When it comes to your home, you will not even know I was there, except your pets are happy and well-tended to :). For boarding requests, we have two very friendly small dogs and two dog-friendly cats, they all really do get along and we like to keep a calm and harmonious house! Our dogs will play if the our guest wants to, and our cats are very gracious hosts :). We only board one dog at a time. About: My connection with fur babies runs deep. I have, often, felt more connected to animals than humans. I believe we all have had animals that we love but, usually, there is one animal that changes everything. You know the one I’m talking about….the one that the connection is (or was), somehow, different or deeper than the others. I call those animals Familiars. Maybe that resonates with you too. Either way, I fully grasp that trusting someone to take care of your fur baby is not just a big deal but, it is a privilege for someone to experience. I have thirteen years of experience taking care of different animals. This includes administering medications, providing senior/end-of-life care (I have a soft spot for the elderly), and learning to understand the language in which animals speak. I, also, have experience rescuing, fostering, and re-homing Australian Shepards. I believe in respect, safety, connection, and consent when it comes to animals. I believe that all animals come into this world to help heal us and I just want to be able to give back (in whatever way I can) a small piece of what they gift me, every day. It would be such an honor to help get to take care of, work WITH, and get to know your little (or big) ball of fur. As an Artist/Creator, my schedule is more flexible than most people. When planned in advance, I have ample time to make sure your fur babies are safe, happy, and healthy when you cannot be there! I ask a lot of questions so I can know and understand the specifics of what each animal needs. My primary goal is to make sure the interaction is safe, for both me and your fur baby. Then, it is my job to ensure your animal is comfortable, content, and they have a good time! I believe this can only happen by working with the owners (and then, with the fur babies).
