She was amazing with our pups! Exceptional when it comes to respecting your home and answering messages and sending pictures! Will book again!

Bella was great … a big hit with my two dogs. I especially appreciate her patience with my Senior dog.

We hired Bella to house-sit and care for our three dogs while we were away on vacation for four days. During our meet and greet, Bella was very friendly and sweet, and she made a positive first impression. While we were gone, she was also very helpful and patient with taking in our packages and mail, which we truly appreciated. That said, there were several areas where our expectations were not fully met. When we returned home, the house was left fairly messy. The couch covers were falling off the couches, and there were crumbs left on the kitchen counters. We also noticed dog hair on the floors—small details we would expect to be picked up in passing by a house sitter who wants to help keep the home tidy. We put a lot of effort into making sure the house was clean before her arrival and expected it to be returned at that same level of cleanliness. Additionally, our small dog, Willow, had peed on the carpet, which is very unusual for her and typically only happens if she is not let out for a long period of time. We were also able to see that Bella did not adhere to the feeding times we clearly outlined for the dogs. We had asked Bella to throw the ball for our dogs to help them burn off extra energy, but this does not appear to have been done. We left very thorough care instructions, including using a puzzle toy and snuffle mat for mental enrichment; however, both were clearly untouched. Communication was also lacking, as she sent very few photos during our trip and often took a while to respond to messages. With all of this being said, Bella does seem like a very sweet girl. However, we were looking for someone who would closely follow care instructions, ensure our dogs were properly exercised and mentally stimulated, and respect the level of tidiness we maintain in our home. In the future, we will be choosing someone older and with more experience in house sitting who can better meet these expectations and ensure our dogs receive the care and exercise we requested.

Bella is absolutely amazing with dogs! She is so caring, reliable, and treats every pet like family. She's patient and gentle, and you can tell she truly loves animals. Bella kept me updated the whole time with pictures and text messages, and I felt totally at ease knowing my dog was in great hands. I couldn't recommend her enough - she's the kind of sitter that every pet parent hopes to find!
