About: I have worked at a dog rescue for 3 years and a pet store for 2. I have interacted with and cared for dogs, cats, reptiles, fish, and other small animals of different temperaments, sizes, and personalities. Many had medical issues that required medication, so I have experience in administering medications orally, topically, and occasionally as an injection. I would be open to caring for those little creatures in addition to your cats and dogs. I have done occasional drop-in pet sitting for a few clients with only cats and dogs, but I would like to expand my pet care services to more clients. On my days off from work, I enjoy hanging out with my dogs and taking them for walks, car rides, or any adventure their noses desire. I would love to give those same adventures to any pups whose parents may need a vacation or just a little extra help getting out some excess energy. I am only able to do drop ins for pet sitting. First, we will greet each other and make sure we are still friends. Then we will get the necessities out of the way: potty, food, water, and of course, treats. I can cater to your pet's needs based on their personality. If we are dealing with pent-up energy, we can go for a walk, play tug-of-war, fetch, whatever your pet likes. If your pet is calmer and just wants company, some belly rubs will do the trick.

About: I’ve been taking care of animals for around 30 years. I have both fostered and owned animals as well as watched other. I have owned my dog since she was a puppy, so I have experience with younger dogs. I have helped family friends with their older dogs who need help moving around and cannot stay home alone. I have also long term fostered a special needs dog. I am an empty nester and when my children moved out they took their pets. About: I have had pets my entire life, including dogs, cats, fish, and hamsters, which has given me experience caring for animals with different needs and personalities. I have also watched my neighbors' dogs for the past six years, helping with feeding, walking, playtime, and general care. In addition, I currently have a dog of my own, so I understand the importance of providing pets with attention, exercise, patience, and loving care. Pet care fits very naturally into my daily routine. I'm currently a stay-at-home mom, and my kids are in school during the day, which gives me plenty of free time to care for pets. After dropping my kids off at school, I'm generally available from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM for walks, feeding, playtime, check-ins, and giving pets attention and companionship. While I do pick my kids up from school and attend some after-school activities, I have a flexible schedule and can provide dependable, loving care throughout the day. In my home, I care for a two-year-old Goldendoodle, a pink toe tarantula, and fish, so I'm experience with caring for different of pets and their individual needs. About: Hiya 👋 I am Kristyn and I love all things dogs! I currently have 2 of my own, Puck a 90lb hound mix and Hattie a 30lb pocket pittie who I love dearly. I spent a good chunk of my time volunteering at a local animal shelter in NY when I lived there and so I am well versed with working with all different dog personalities. I wound up adopting 2 from there, who have since passed, and had to work with them both on both stranger and dog issues. At my time at the shelter I did participate in dog training programs to help dogs get adopted and have used that within my own dog ownership with my own dogs. I went through the growing pains with my older boys so I am comfortable with seniors and have had plenty of time with puppies that I am also comfortable with them! When I first moved to NC I worked at an vet for about a year and a half as a kennel tech and vet assistant/helper. I was tasked with administering all meds to boarders and am more than comfortable doing so should your pup need!! I currently work from home 4 days a week but work right in Fuquay on the 1 day I am in the office. My son is currently in preschool 5 days a week and my daughter in daycare 2 days a week to which I am their school bus so just twice a day I have to take care of that. Otherwise more than able to walk between 9am and 3pm. But message me if times needed outside of that range and can definitely help out! I am available for in your home boarding/dog sitting as well as dog walking as needed. I prefer to keep your furbabies as much on your schedule as possible so a meet and greet is best to determine the best plan of action while out of town. Plenty of outside time or just relaxing inside as needed and time out of the crate if necessary! At this time I will not be offering in my home care but who knows it could be something I am able to do in the future!

About: Have owned my own dogs and cats over the years. As they've grown older and passed on, I have satisfied my love for animals by caring for my kids' pets when they go on vacation. I've gone to their house and stayed, but also they have stayed in my home while mom and dad are away. We go for walks, and I have a fenced in yard and doggy door them to come and go as they please. About: I don't remember at time that I didn't have a dog as a companion. They've always been a part of my family. Currently I have a long haired Chihuahua at home. Joey is 11 years old and going strong. Until this past April, I also had a miniature poodle that was named Shadow. Shadow and I were best friends for 17 years until he passed from old age. During his lifetime, Shadow was able to travel to The Bahamas and to Canada with me. I loved being with him. I know how hard it is to leave a pet behind, wondering if they're ok. And, honestly, I get so much joy meeting new pets and hanging out with them that I want the pets to feel the same way about me. I will follow their normal schedule for feeding, walking, and anything else you ask as part of their routine. I am also very communicative while taking care of your pet(s)! I will check in with you everyday to provide at least a picture and any updates. I take a ton of photos, and love to share those! I am also always available for you to reach out anytime and respond quickly. When it comes to your home, you will not even know I was there, except your pets are happy and well-tended to :). For boarding requests, we have two very friendly small dogs and two dog-friendly cats, they all really do get along and we like to keep a calm and harmonious house! Our dogs will play if the our guest wants to, and our cats are very gracious hosts :). We only board one dog at a time. “We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Dylan and Erica!! From the moment we dropped our dog, Dillon off, it felt much more like leaving him at a loving home rather than a boarding facility. He received special attention throughout his stay and was clearly treated like part of the family. They made sure he got plenty of walks and multiple trips to the dog park, which he loved. We also really appreciated the regular photo updates — it was reassuring to see how happy and comfortable he was every day. They have a great yard and tons of toys, so he was never bored. Honestly, by the time the stay was over, we weren’t even sure Dillon wanted to come home with us. That alone says everything. We couldn’t recommend them more and would absolutely trust them with our dog again in the future. Highly recommend!”

“Tori and her family took such great care of our small older dog who has some health issues including med administration needs and occasional pain due to previous cancer. Everything from getting holly to their home (Tori last minute offered to pick Holly Up and this was a godsend because our trip was last minute and we were trying to coordinate many other things) to start her visit to pick up and updates in between were great. Her sons are very gentle and natural animal lovers so that was not any concern even though our dog generally prefers calm environments. “We are SO grateful for Gina! Two months before a trip of ours, our 2-y/o German shepherd mix started showing concerning behaviors associated with anxiety and fear. We’ve been working with a behavioralist but had an international trip planned. We chose not to leave our pup with family in order to keep her separated from other dogs as we address her behavior.
