“Avary was an amazing sitter for our dog, Luca! When Luca got stressed while we were away on vacation, Avary went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and cared for, which gave us real peace of mind. I highly recommend Avary for your pet care needs, and I will absolutely be booking again for all of our pets.”

“Hannah was absolutely wonderful to my boy! Benny is a young pup and I was hesitant to trust someone to take care of him during drop-ins while I worked long shifts during the day. Hannah offered to meet with me and meet my pup before the booking and that went a long way for me! I loved the detailed updates I received and also all the cute pictures of their time spent together! Will definitely book with Hannah again and I highly recommend her 💕”

“Molly was amazing!!! My dog can be a lot and I worry that she's too big and excitable to walk with a stranger but Molly was a true professional and put me at ease. She sent me ample photos of my girl on her walk and I came home to find her perfectly pooped. Will definitely hire Molly again!”

“Elizabeth was great! She was able to fill in cat sitting last minute which we really appreciated, and was super communicative and sweet w our kitty. Thank you Elizabeth!”

“Victoria was able to help us with our cat even though it was a little last minute. She was very quick and efficient with her communication. She followed all our care instructions and even helped with packages.”

About: What sets me apart is the genuine care I bring—patient attention, gentle affection, and the little extras that make pets feel truly seen. I take my time, follow their rhythms, and treat every animal like they’re already part of my family. I have a lot of flexible time to spend with adorable pets. I am available in the mornings, afternoons and evenings during the week and on weekends. My routine is pretty flexible, so last minute visits are no problem. I care for animals in the client's home. I feel animals are more comfortable in the environment they are used to living in. It leads to a happier experience for us both. I follow any and all instructions left by the client.

About: I moved to NYC about 3 years ago for college and started dog walking and sitting for a side job when I was a freshman. Have been doing it ever since and now I have my own apartment to upgrade to walking and boarding as well. I am a pet sibling myself and have dealt with caring for multiple breeds, ages, and sizes, even cats! I was mostly providing services on Wag in NYC and back home in Hawaii but am looking to expand to the awesome pet parents on Rover! I currently work full-time but my boss is very flexible with my schedules usually giving my days off in a row if there’s no help needed. My girlfriend is also a dog sitter and can help me if I have to work, so your animals are always with someone and in the best care. If I am not working I will be working full time for your animals! Currently I have no other pets or animals in the unit. Our building is very secure with elevator access to support any older animals. My apartment is also right next to Prospect Park offering a lot of play area and routes to walk.
“Yinan was amazing from our first meet and greet and during her entire time caring for our cats. They are young, and as we’ve only had them six months I was nervous to leave but she was amazing. Lots of updates and photos and the cats looked very happy. I came home to to very happy and content cats and definitely recommend her. Five stars all the way!”

About: I grew up with both dogs and cats and am no stranger to pet care! Walks, feedings, cleanings, you name it! More recently, I am primary sitter for Lucile and Barkley, two dogs of a family friend for going on four years now. Three walks a day and plenty of time for cuddles! I used to work for Wag when I lived in San Francisco before transitioning into full-time work. I’ve walked all kinds of dogs, big to small, and believe that all animals deserve top tier care! I hope to meet you furry children soon! 🫶🏻 I currently work full-time for a genomic testing lab that offers testing for early and advanced stage cancer patients but remotely so it does allow for the flexibility of stepping away when needed! My roommate has two cats of her own so I will not be offering boarding services. It’s important to me that the environment be exactly how it was left by the owners but if I notice that food has made it out of the bowl or if your pet has an accident, I’m there to ensure this gets cleaned. Upon arriving, I always ensure I take my time with the animals to build trust by allowing them to familiarize themselves with me through smelling, and offering owner-approved treats!
“Onyekachi is amazing! She took the time to really get to know my dog and communicates frequently, which gives me so much peace of mind. My dog is a senior and will be staying alone for the first time ever, so I was naturally nervous. Thanks to Onyekachi’s thoughtful drop-in visits and attentive care, I feel confident that my dog will be safe, comfortable, and very well cared for.”

“Amazing sitter. She is reliable, on time, follows directions and makes sure your pet is in great hands. I couldn't ask for a better sitter. I have rebooked her multiple times and will continue to do so. Thank you Ashanti for everything.”

“Vivian was amazing with my kitty Peanut! I had communication with her every visit and she sent multiple pics and updates. Peanut was shy and took some time to warm up to her but Vivian was constant with her attention and helped Peanut to feel secure while we were away. I would hire her again in a heartbeat-if you need a compassionate and dependable person, Vivian is your best bet!”

Jeane was amazing with Fluffy! We loved getting her updates and photos throughout our trip. Jeane followed our instructions and it gave us so much peace of mind knowing our cat was in good hands. We came home to a happy healthy cat and couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. We will happily book with Jeane again! ❤️

Laura was fantastic with Ember! She took great care of her and adapted to her needs, even hand feeding her kibbles when Ember wouldn't eat 🥹. Ember had a great time with Laura and was a happy dog when I got back from my trip. I highly recommend Laura and would book her again!

Natasha went above and beyond in taking care of my shy, skittish cat both with housesitting and drop ins. She left the apartment super clean and tidy, followed the instructions we left perfectly, and was so sweet to my cat. I was nervous never having used Rover before, but we could not have asked for a better experience with Natasha!

Carmen is a fantastic trusted sitter for our kitties! We're happy to be repeat clients with her. She visited at the same time every day, earning our kitties' trust and being extra gentle with our shy ladies. She sent photos and updates to assure us they were doing well. We'd gladly book Carmen again!
