About: I grew up around animals and had a dog while living in Taiwan. I’ve also helped friends care for their dogs and cats when they travel. I understand the importance of keeping pets comfortable, maintaining their routines, and providing patient, attentive care. I’m calm, responsible, and genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. Your pet’s safety and well-being will always be my priority. My schedule is very flexible, making me available to accommodate your pet's needs at various times of the day. I love spending time with animals and am committed to providing high-quality, personalized care for every pet I look after. I live in a clean, calm apartment environment where pets can feel safe and relaxed. I make sure all spaces are secure, free from hazards, and comfortable for your pet. I follow each pet’s routine carefully, including feeding schedules, walks, and rest time. My goal is to provide a peaceful and attentive environment so your pet feels at home while you’re away.
“Adam watched over my two cats while I was traveling - he’s very attentive and a great communicator. I had a very positive experience and appreciated his responsiveness. Highly recommend Adam!”

“Kristen was spectacular. Super communicative and easy to reach, great updates, adorable pictures, and always punctual (and if running early/late always let me know). And most importantly I came back to happy and well cared for kitties. Would 100% book Kristen again and absolutely would recommend her to anyone else.”
“Carter went above and beyond to look after my precious cats. They warmed to him so quickly and he sent me tons of photos! I felt such peace of mind while travelling knowing he was taking good care of them back home. 100% will book again!”

“Brianna is a secret cat whisperer! My very shy cat came out from hiding spot right away! She is reliable, great on communication, and takes great pics! I appreciate her help while I'm away and will recommend her yo anyone who needs cat sitter!”

“Amazing!!! 10/10. My puppy lucky loved her immediately when he met her. This is my first dog, so I felt very at ease, leaving him with Bethany. She will be my long-term dog sitter. Cannot suggest her enough!!!”

“Vanessa was an incredible cat sitter. She arrived promptly and kept my partner and I in the loop by sending us sweet pictures of her pampering and treating Lena as her own. I can be a bit paranoid leaving my 20 year old cat, but the two of them seemed to really bond and when we got home she was brushed and looking pretty. Highly recommend Vanessa to anyone who wants a perfect cat sitter.”

About: I have an extensive background with animals. I have owned pets and dogs since I was 6 years old, as well as volunteered with the ASPCA, PAWS and other smaller rescue organizations. I have helped train and rehome dogs with disabilities, deafness, and other behavioral problems. I am very confident with all personality types and have a strong background in training obedience and agility. I also have plenty of experience with puppies and I am happy to help continue any training or goals you have for your pup in their time with me. I work in Finance and just recently moved to NYC. I am remote Mondays and Fridays, and have plenty of availability on the weekends as well. I am happy to work your pup into my schedule however possible, whether that is me working from your home on my remote days, or just popping in for a walk at lunch time or in the evening. I’m fairly flexible as far as timing. I live close by to 6 parks and 3 dog parks. I am happy to utilize my own neighborhood or yours! I love to take a dog for a run or to the dog park for a good romp. I will always ensure they have a safe and positive time. I love a good game of fetch, and I’m happy to bring toys or balls with us, or play in your own home if that is preferred.
“Lauren was excellent.. She took very good care of my littles.. And even fed my fish as an added bonus.. I will mos def request her services anytime I need a pet sitter.”

About: I’m a dog-obsessed girl who truly loves every pup like they’re my own. Whether it’s a playful puppy or a senior snuggler, your dog will be cared for with the same love, attention, and joy I give my own dog. I’m passionate about dog rescue and have a huge soft spot for all breeds and personalities. Honestly, I see dogs before I see people on the street — they just light up my world! I believe dogs make life better, and it’s an honor to spend time with them. When your pup is with me, they’ll get more than just a walk — they’ll get companionship, tail wags, and the kind of love only a true dog person can give. I'm a fully remote worker and would love to take care of your pet! I have the flexibility to take your dog for a walk around the neighborhood and spend time with them while you're away from home. My dog is my world, and her happiness and comfort always come first — no exceptions. I would do anything for her, and I bring that same level of love and dedication to every dog I care for. Whether I’m walking, sitting, or just spending time with them, your pup will receive my full attention, affection, and care. Most importantly, their safety and well-being are always my top priorities.
“Sophie was the best sitter and extremely communicative throughout the whole process. She genuinely cared for our little Ninja and sent along some lovely photos for each check-in! I was at total ease knowing that our pet was in such good hands on our weekend away. Sophie is an absolute sweetheart and we really look forward to booking her again!”

“Rachel was so amazing! I was anxious using Rover, as I never have before, and she made me feel so comfy and at ease while I was away. She really took great care of my Indie and when I got home everything looked great. She is also just a lovely person all around! Will definitely rebook next time I’m out of town. Thank you rachel!”

“Scott is the best! He has done drop-in visits with our cat multiple times while we have been away on vacation and we always have a great experience. Our cat seems to love him!”

About: Hello! My name is Cameron, and everyone who knows me knows I love animals (especially dogs!). I work from home and have another dog-loving, work from home roommate, so someone will always be home to play with your pet. I've been doing Rover for 4 years and have experience with all different breeds, sizes, ages, and needs. I'm a punctual person and take pet care very seriously. Ultimately, I am a passionate animal lover and will treat your fur-baby with all the love and respect they deserve :) I'm a homebody who works from home with another WFH roommate, so I can guarantee that your fur baby will be cared for 24/7. I love incorporating dog walking/boarding into my routine and even taking them to dog-friendly events if the dog is interested. My schedule is very flexible and I'm usually available for same-day bookings! I'm an early-riser who loves routines and can stick to a consistent exercise/feeding schedule. When sitting/boarding, I can ensure your dog is let out frequently, fed regularly, and getting lots of attention. I’ll take them for long walks in the sun or snuggle inside when it's cold. As much as I love to play games and snuggle with pets when they're missing their owner, it's important to me that I cater to the animal's desires to make them comfortable. Whether your pet is active, lazy, shy, aggressive, or in need of a good round of fetch at Tompkins Square dog park, their safety and happiness is my top priority. I understand that every dog is different and will work to accommodate their preferences. Additionally, I adore taking photos of pets and I'd be happy to share photo updates of our time together. You can rest easy knowing your pet is safe, loved, and having a great time! Please note that I have moved from the East Village to Little Italy, and most of the photos on my profile are from my old apartment.
“We needed a last minute sitter over the holidays and tbh since I hadn't used Susan previously I was naturally a little nervous. However Susan was very kind and professional. She took very good care of our two cats and respected our place. I would definitely recommend!”

New York City pet parents share their Rover experiences
This was my third time working with Katherine, and she is consistently wonderful and reliable. I love the detailed updates she sends, especially the summaries of how my cat is doing and the adorable photos from her visits. She is my go-to sitter, and I’ll definitely continue to book her!

Samantha took great care of our theodore! First time using rover and was impressed at her detail orientation and reliability. She dropped in at the same time all 4 days and provided clear notes and photos. Made a huge difference for us to know our boy was in good hands while we were away and able to truly enjoy our vacation.

Joyce is fantastic! She always gives me the best rover card descriptions of my 3 cats. She makes sure they are playing and well entertained. Our cats have very specific diets and eating locations. She accommodates and supports their needs super well. Joyce is my favorite sitter out of the 5 other sitter I have used in the past years on Rover. I definitely recommend!

Valeriia has watched our two dogs a few times now, usually whenever we go on vacation, and she has been wonderful every time. She recently accepted our request even on late notice, which we really appreciated. Our dogs love her, and it’s clear she is very good with them. We always feel comfortable knowing they are in caring and capable hands. Highly recommend Valeriia!
