“Bernadette was a lifesaver to me this weekend. She was extremely responsive on short notice and was great with my dog, who was a happy camper . She made it very easy for me to relax while away knowing she was in good hands. Thank you!”

Ally B.
“Ally is one of the most caring and responsible people I know. Whether it be with friends or pets Ally is always willing to extend a hand to make someone feel loved and comforted. Ally grew up with golden retrievers and cats and has a love for all animals. When I got my first dog, Bruno, she was the first one to be there helping me learn how to train him, telling me all the best dog food and toys to buy, and giving me recommendations on vets and groomers. She loves playing with Bruno, and always lends a hand when I’m out of town or just need to run errands. Bruno, and all dogs, love her so much because she is so kind and loving with them. To her it’s not even a job, she just loves animals so much! She always puts others, pets included, before herself and is so responsive to all the questions I have had about being a dog mom! I highly recommend Ally!”

About: I have a wide range of dog sitting experiences, from fostering many dogs and cats to being a certified sitter on Wag, you can rest assured your pet is in good hands! I am also able to run with pets if needed, and have experience with oral medication and senior dogs as well. I am WFH and can spend lots of time with the pet! No yard or fence but happy to bring them to a dog park or just many walks!

Todd R.

“Todd was great - super communicative and he is truly great with both dogs and cats! He was very attentive to temperatures within the apartment for my cat and made sure to even pay attention to the thermostat when the weather was particularly challenging and humid. I highly recommend Todd for your dog walking and cat drop in needs!”

Adam M.

“Adam was so great with Willy. He can be a handful at times. Adam was extremely accommodating to my schedule and requests. He kept me updated and sent lots of photos. He even cleaned his food and water bowl before refilling. Willy took a real liking to Adam highly recommend will definitively use again!”

Emma S.
“I have known Emma for nearly 10 years and during that time I have come to know her as a lover of all animals, especially cats and dogs. She cares for other’s pets as if they are her own, and does so in a way that is loving and responsible. I have trusted Emma to watch and walk my dog in the past and am confident in her ability to so successfully again in the future.”

Naomi T.

“Naomi is great with my puppy! She is super communicative and I trust her sm!”

allie m.

“Allie watched over our 2 cats when we went away and did a wonderful job. She was reliable, asked us how we wanted things done and followed through and was on time. Our cats warmed right up to her. We were away during a huge storm and she still made it over to feed the cats, clean their litter box and play with them once it was safe to do so. We would use her again when we go on vacation!”

Topaz G.

“Topaz was great with my senior cat, so gentle and kind. I got several sweet pics of them snuggling, which warmed my heart. Thank you Topaz!”

Jake R.
“Jake is a very great pet sitter and he’s always looking to improve his services and provide the best care for my dog. He quickly learned my dog’s behavioral patterns and what places he likes to go to on walks. He makes sure my dog gets a healthy amount of attention and play and that my dog always feels safe. He’s very reliable and responsive and quick to answer calls when I just want to check in:”

Abby C.

“Abby is the best! She communicates super well & is so kind and patient with my very chaotic puppy. Definitely recommend 100%!”

Mae C.
“Mae walked my beloved dog from Sept 2022-May 2023. I can’t say enough good things about her. First, she treated my dog like her own. Daisy (my dog) absolutely loves her. Mae was patient, loving, and attentive with daisy. Mae always communicated with me via text (as preferred) if daisy used the the bathroom, had her treat, water, food, etc. She would notify me if she was running late and never had me questioning if she was coming to walk my dog. I am counting down the days until Mae is able to walk my dog again- we miss her very much! I always knew I had a reliable dog Walker that my dog felt safe with.”

Jiaye S.
“I’ve known Jennie for 12 years, and I have to say she’s the most caring person I’ve ever seen. She treats her dog as family member and has natural bonding with all the animals she sees. She’s also socially responsible in doing public services and making changes. In everything she takes charge of, she invents the best version of her and great great love.”

Natalia B.

“Natalia is an amazing pet sitter! She took care of both my cat and rabbit when I was away. My cat is diabetic and she was great with feeding him and injecting his insulin. She’s super sweet and caring!”

Steven P.

“Steven was simply the best. Always on time and very caring for my puppy. Would recommend and will be booking him for anytime I am away!”

Amit & Amanda P.
About: With two of us - your pup gets double the love and attention! Before we started Rover we were the go-to people for pet sitting while our nyc friends were away on vacation. We’ve taken care of friends pets for the weekends and fostered dogs for 1-2 weeks at a time since undergrad. Dogs that we fostered came from all different situations, so fostering helped us quickly learn how to help make a dog comfortable. Every dog has their own preferences, so we pick up on those subtle cues and adjust as needed. Amanda grew up with her cat (Sebastian) for 17 years and her Grandma's Schnoodle (Maggie) for 12 years, so we're both dog and cat lovers at heart. I’m a doctor working 7 on 7 off, so I have complete availability every other week. I don't schedule much during the time off so I'm happy to plan around what a dog needs to have a fun day. My girlfriend and I live together, and Amanda is available all evenings or early mornings for a walk. She's work from home on Monday and Friday as well. Our apartment has enough space for a large crate. From fostering, we’ve tested our place to be clear of anything that a pet might get stuck in or eat.

Brian D.

“THANK YOU Brian, he was exceptional, attentive to all the instructions, punctual, very sweet with our cats, every time he sent us photos while he cuddled them, when we returned the cats were calm, everything was perfect, a guarantee!”
