“After our initial meet-and-greet, Paul started with our large, 85lb hound mix Reddington for 8 hours as a dry run while we went away, and we were really happy with how it went. First, Paul was very professional and punctual. He checked in to confirm times on the day of, and gave us a 15 minutes heads up. He had an excellent rhythm with Red, and figured out his walking, feeding, playing, and general commands very quickly. During the stay, Paul took care of all of Red's needs, kept him on routine and scheduled, and was very respectful of our home. We're happy that Red took to Paul really well! It was such a good experience, we're excited to rebook Paul when we travel next.”

Bing did a phenomenal job taking care of Pacho! This was the first time he had a dog sitter/walker since his major surgery last year, so I was definitely a little nervous leaving him. Bing immediately put me at ease by sending me the cutest photos and keeping me updated throughout his walks. I could tell from the pictures how happy and comfortable he was with her, which meant so much to me. She even gave him new toys, and I’m pretty sure they’re best friends now! 😂 It was so obvious that she gave him lots of attention and genuinely cared for him. When I got home, Pacho was in such a great mood, and I could tell he had been very well taken care of. Bing also took great care of my place and left everything exactly the way I left it, which I really appreciated. She was communicative, thoughtful, responsible, and clearly loves dogs. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely be reaching out to Bing again in the very near future. Pacho is already looking forward to his next visit with his new best friend!

Olivia took excellent care of our dog and cats after we had to make a last minute booking. We came home to happy, healthy boys and got some precious pictures in the time we were away. She was very respectful of our home and was great at sending updates/asking questions when needed.
Pat and Jakub came last minute (literally the next day) and did a phenomenal job watching our dog Gobi! He is anxious at heart but he warmed up quite quickly likely because of how calm and patient they are. And within a few minutes was begging them to play with him! Gillian was wonderful with our Zoë. She is patient, attentive, and really listens. She asked good questions, followed our instructions carefully, and clearly took the time to understand Zoë and her particular personality and quirks. We especially appreciated how observant she was. She noticed some redness on Zoë’s belly and pointed it out to us, very tactfully saying, “I’m sure you already know about this.” We did, but it was exactly the kind of thing we would want a sitter to notice and tell us about. Gillian was punctual and reliable, communicated well, and sent us photos and updates. From the videos, we could see how relaxed and trusting Zoë was with her, and Zoë was always excited to see her. Gillian also left our house exactly as she found it. We felt completely comfortable having Gillian in our home and trusting Zoë to her care. We would happily have her sit for Zoë again, including for a longer absence.

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
