Vanessa always sends tons of adorable pictures and videos of our cat, and she provides tons of play time such that our cat is always excited to see her. She has a keen eye for detail and notices when some behavior seems unusual, so I feel like I’m always in the loop and that my cat is in super safe hands. Extremely happy to have found Vanessa!”

About: ⭐️ Get $20 off your first booking! Use code ANTOIC46087: https://www.rover.com/sit/antoic46087 For the past 26 years, dogs have always been an integral part of my life. I am lucky to have been surrounded by their love since I was 6, and (not to brag but) have always been my dogs' favorite human in my family. From a 16 year old toy poodle diva, to an anxious but goofy rescued doppelgänger of Dante (from Disney's Coco), I have plenty of experience training and caring for dogs of all sizes, breeds, ages, and different needs. DOG BOARDING - snuggles after playtime to calm your dog down before bedtime is an important thing I've learned from raising a hyperactive beagle puppy HOUSE SITTING - light occasional snack can help with bonding and distracting a dog who is anxious to have a stranger home while waiting for their beloved human to return DOGGY DAY CARE - tidying up my own place not only for my own good, but also to keep dangerous items or poisonous foods out of reach DOG WALKING - running, brisk walking, or slow strolls :) ✦ Schedule ─ I work mostly from home, so your fur children can always have my time and attention, and regular walkies or outside breaks. ✤ Environment ─ I am confident that your fur baby will trust and feel safe with me. I live on my own and can give them 100% of my attention.
“Meg was available on very short notice to bring my very high energy dog for a walk. She provided updates and a bunch of pictures and it seemed like Moose had a blast with her. Will definitely reach out to Meg again next time we need a walker!”

“Morgan did a really great job caring for my cat. She was extremely accommodating and flexible in her availability. It was extremely appreciated as my cat is a senior, and oftentimes gets lonely. I would definitely recommend her as a trustworthy and reliable sitter! Thank you Morgan.”

“Giovanni provided exceptional care. They were incredibly thorough and patient with our two shy cats, going above and beyond to build their trust. The updates were not only informative but also engaging and entertaining, keeping us well-informed and giving us peace of mind while we were away. ❤️”

About: Hi! I have several years of pet sitting experience. I grew up with dogs, cats, fish, chickens, lizards, bunnies, and a few other animals in my personal home. From a young age I started walking my neighbors dogs and pets sitting when they were away. This has carried on into college, post grad, and now at 29 years old I am still actively sitting and walking. I have experience utilizing the wag app and finding people in my building who need help. I have a passion for animals and would love to sit for you! As of right now I have open availability. As long as I have enough notice for longer sittings I should be able to accommodate anything! I prioritize the pets needs and safety when I’m sitting, walking, etc I will follow whatever needs to be done depending on the needs of the pet. Every pet I watch is different and I respect the owners requests.

About: I grew up with cats and dog so have been pals with pets since day one. I currently have a kitten named Portia who is super playful and curious. I have experience with pets young and old and can also administer medication. Portia herself has a bit of anxiety. I prioritize consistency, fun, and gentleness. I always take careful note of what the owners need/want for their pet. I have a bit of a flexible schedule but am looking to do primarily more morning walks/visits. I can adjust my schedule depending on the pet family! I pay careful attention to the guidelines set in place from the pet’s owner to make sure the pet feels safe and comfortable. I want it to be a seamless transition of care that is wonderful for the pet and the family.
New York City cat parents share their Rover experiences
Jennifer was the best cat sitter I could have asked for! She took such great care of my 3 kitties, and they warmed up to her so quickly. It was my first time using Rover, so I was a little nervous, but Jennifer put me at ease immediately. She has a very calm and friendly demeanor which the cats definitely can sense. I called her the cat-whisperer, which I truly believe. While I was away, Jennifer kept me fully updated on the kitties, and sent a bunch of pictures of the cats playing and having a great time. I really didn't worry about them because I knew they were in great hands. She went above and beyond cat-sitting. They were happy, fed, and clean (she even removed a little poop that had gotten stuck in my one cats long fur!). My one cat Max needs a lot of play and attention, and I think she enjoyed playing with him as much as he did! I'm pretty sure he misses Jennifer now! She's just the best, don't hesitate to book her for your pets, she will give them all the love they need.

Madeleine was amazing with our sweet boy Ringo! I could tell that he warmed up to her very quickly and they hit it off right away playing and hanging. I really looked forward to her messages everyday and felt safe about leaving him while we were away for a few days! She really went above and beyond and I would highly recommend her!!
