About: While i was growing up i always had one dog and one cat.I loved watching them growing up together,be friends and playing together.Since then my love for the animals was growing day by day.I used to take care the dogs of my friends and relatives while they were away.Recently i moved to New York city and would be happy to take care of your pet as it was mine. I am currently working as part time remote job so i have plenty of time to take care of your pet.I can spend time playing, walking, and caring of your pet. I currently live with my partner in a flat close the the financial district. We have a female miniature dachshund living with us.I walk my dog 3 to 4 times a day with our walks lasting from 30min to 1 hour

“Minako is amazing! She looks after my 4 month Cavapoo and loves her like she was her own. Minako always sends pictures and updates. I’m so grateful that I’m able to leave my puppy home and trust that she is in great hands with Minako coming to take her on walks.”
“Britni has been a very caring, responsible and reliable person. She's proactive and communicative, and most importantly, she's very loving towards my dog Spike. He looks forward to his walks with her in the mornings. Highly recommend Britni to entrust her care of your furry babies.”

“Todd walked my large pile of energy regularly for months and Winston loved him! He was super communicative and flexible, which was very appreciated for my ever-changing work schedule.”

“She is great with dogs! My wife was a witness of Tobi behaving great while walking with Brie as opposed to how he pulls and barks all the time when he walks with us. She was really accomodating when I contacted on the last minute because our usual walker got sick. 100% recomendable and depenable!”

“Nathan was amazing with our dog. Our dog is super sweet but can be nervous around strangers, and Nathan was incredibly patient and took the time to make him feel comfortable. He never rushed the process and really went out of his way to build trust with him. It was clear he genuinely cares about the dogs he works with. We felt completely at ease knowing our dog was in good hands. We would highly recommend Nathan to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and patient dog walker!”

About: Hi! I’m originally from New York City and am currently back home for the next few months after spending the last three years living abroad and traveling extensively. During that time, I split my life between Australia—my current home base—and exploring different parts of the world. Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I’ve had pets since I was a kid and have cared for my own dogs from playful puppyhood all the way through to their senior years. Along the way, I’ve also looked after friends’ dogs of all breeds and temperaments, and today I share my home with three cats who keep me constantly entertained. Honestly, I’ll take any excuse to be around animals—whether it’s cats, dogs, big or small, shy or full of energy. As I mentioned, travel is another big part of my life. While exploring the world, I took on pet sitting in different countries, which gave me the chance to meet wonderful pets and families while doing something I truly love. Between that and a lifetime of caring for my own animals, I’m confident and capable when it comes to looking after your furry family members. If you’re looking for someone reliable, caring, and genuinely passionate about animals, I’d love the chance to meet your pets and give them all the love they deserve while you’re away. Pet care fits very naturally into my daily routine. I’m currently back in New York for the next few months and have a very flexible schedule, which means I’m home most of the day and can easily plan my day around a pet’s needs. Whether that means early morning walks, sticking to feeding schedules, playtime, medication, or simply providing companionship, I enjoy making sure animals receive the attention and care they deserve. Having cared for pets throughout my life and while traveling abroad, I’m used to adapting to different routines and personalities. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals, so caring for them never feels like a chore—it’s something I look forward to and happily incorporate into my everyday life. In reality, every pet I’ve ever looked after has been completely different, so I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to pet care. Each animal has their own personality, routine, and needs, and I always try to tailor my care accordingly. While my own dog is very low maintenance, I’ve also cared for senior pets, anxious pets, and very independent animals. Some love long walks and lots of playtime, while others are happiest relaxing and sticking to a familiar routine. I always take the owner's instructions into account and do my best to maintain the schedule and environment that makes their pet feel most comfortable. I believe consistency and patience go a long way in helping animals feel safe and happy while their owners are away. Since I’m currently back in New York for the next few months, I’m home most of the day and have a very flexible schedule. This allows me to give pets plenty of attention, companionship, exercise, and care, and to adapt to any specific needs they may have.

“Kayla is great with my pup, Holly, including getting Holly back in her crate after walks (Holly hates her crate), and during our meet and greet you could tell that Kayla is familiar with dog training techniques.”

About: Hi my name is Rae and I have always been a HUGE animal lover. I grew up on a horse farm with a golden retriever (Bert) and an Australian Shepherd (Harley) and they were my best friends! Today my family and I have a family of 4 mini and toy aussies who are my everything! Their names are Eloise, Dakota, Jaxon and Jasmine and I would do anything to make them happy! They live downtown in my parent's townhouse so I can't wait to host your dog and have all the snuggles! I own a fine jewelry company and work closely with the charity Animal Haven to give back to dogs and cats in the NY area who are in need of loving homes. I treat my pets, and other’s pets as family members who need just as much love and emotional care as they do physical activity! I couldn’t imagine my life not being surrounded by furry friends so, I can’t wait to meet you and your pet family!
About: I offer a boutique, limited-client approach to pet care focused on attention, consistency, and trust. I intentionally keep my client list small so each pet receives individualized care and a calm, safe experience. I have experience caring for dogs, cats, and small animals, and I pay close attention to each animal’s comfort, behavior, and routine. I’m comfortable supporting puppies who need structure and consistency, as well as senior pets who may need a slower pace, patience, medication support, or extra attentiveness. What sets me apart is a combination of hands-on animal care, strong communication, and a thoughtful, observant approach. I hold a Master’s degree in psychology, which informs how I read behavior, respond calmly, and build trust with both animals and people. I’m also a professional photographer, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to offer attentive, personalized care. I love photographing pets and people, and I enjoy sharing thoughtful photo updates during walks or stays so owners feel connected and reassured. I provide dog walking, pet sitting, and overnights with safety, reliability, and clear communication as priorities. My goal is to provide dependable, personalized care so pets feel comfortable and owners feel at ease. Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine alongside my work as a professional photographer, which gives me a flexible schedule for walks, drop ins, and overnight care. I intentionally keep a limited client list so I can provide dependable, personalized attention and maintain consistency for the pets in my care. I am available for weekday, evening, and weekend care, including holiday bookings. I prioritize safety, consistency, and a calm environment while respecting each pet’s routine and comfort level. In a client’s home, I follow feeding, walking, medication, and household instructions carefully, keep doors and leashes secure, and pay close attention to behavior and wellbeing. I maintain a clean, low stress environment, provide thoughtful supervision, and communicate clearly with photo updates and check ins so owners feel informed and reassured.
“Sophia was amazing with Loxi while I was away. She would come greet her every night and play with her as she got her ready for her walk. My doggie who is normally pretty sad when I am away was playful and happy the whole time in large part due to Sophia!!! :) From the meet and greet to the end of my vacation, Sophia put in so much care, attention and love into caring for my doggy I cannot express how much I appreciate it and and so grateful so her to have been cared for so well while I was away. I would definitely have Sophia walk my doggy again anytime!!”

About: I had 3 dogs during my childhood and of course I want another one. Meanwhile I take care of my friend’s dogs when they are traveling or just busy I am currently having a break from work, so I have a flexible schedule. However, even when I am considering going back to school I want to allocate time for pets (which is like a weekend, vacations or relaxation time for me) The goal is to bring that company and care to the pets when their owners are on their daily responsibilities. I want to make them feel safe, happy, relax or energetic.
“Vanessa is very communicative and always on time & responsive. She’s been a star working with our very skittish and nervous bernese and has successfully made friends with our dog - which is hard to do. We are very happy to have found her!”

“Anna gave me utmost confidence that my pet was in safe, loving hands. Great communicator and will definitely look for her availability in the future!”

Kelly was amazing! She walked my dog 6 times over a weekend and was on time, reliable, and brought great energy every single visit. She kept me constantly updated with videos, which made being away so much easier. Highly recommend and will definitely be booking her again!

Alexandra stayed at my place and took such good care of my dog (and my place). She sent daily updates and sent pics of their adventures throughout her stay. I found her on Rover and chose her based on reviews. I had an emergency situation so I could not meet her in person and instead we had a video chat. I couldn’t recommend her enough! My pup loved her. Would highly recommend her to others. Thank you!
