I’ve made myself fully available for clients to contact me for services throughout the week, weekends and weekdays. I do my own personal physical gym activity twice a week but for the most part I’m able to accompany anyone’s pets.

Greetings to all of the animal kingdom. I have almost 10 years experience caring for pet owners’ furry loved ones. I’m also an artist, a vegetarian & bilingual. I’m born and raised in New York City. I have experience with providing medicine, changing diapers, and just giving pets a fun time. As for pets of my own, I've had fish, turtles, hamsters, geckos, sea-monkeys, an ant farm, a parrot and a cat. I once had to housesit during the holidays for 7 cats & two older dogs that were sisters, in the same household. I’ve always felt a connection with animals in the world, from saving a bat that was drowning in a pool at my country house to allowing a monkey to pet my head at a zoo in another country. I have always been fascinated with other life forms. I'm a listener when it comes to people so that helps me become patient with animals and I pay attention to their body language since they communicate differently. Without animals, where would we be? I’ve housesat dogs/cats in TriBeCa, Battery Park City, the Financial District, SoHo, Greenwich Village, the Lower East side, the East Village, Greenpoint BK, Carroll Gardens BK, Cobble Hill BK & Brooklyn Heights

andres is the best! gus looks forward to his weekly walks with him :) always making sure he gets good outside time while i’m at work
We've used Andres a few times now and he's always been great, so booking him for our two-week honeymoon trip was a no-brainer. One of our cats is on daily medication, which is usually the thing that makes travel complicated. Because the cats already loved him, we felt totally comfortable handing that off, and he handled it without any issues. We came home to two very happy, very comfortable cats. If you have cats and need someone reliable who actually loves animals, book Andres. We'll keep coming back to him.
I came home yesterday afternoon and realized something was terribly wrong with my rescue baby. This morning my pup went to the vet because he had red swollen paws, an abrasion on his leg, limping terribly, not eating, his butt and tail caked with dried poo, dried puddles of pee everywhere in the apt. I have a tough time understanding why there are good reviews for this sitter. We had a good paid meet and greet and arranged for 4 days walking and feeding. Since Andres lived in the neighborhood I felt he could keep the dogs schedule (one night he went to his Moms birthday party and came over after the dogs bedtime.) My disabled son who is not able to walk the dog - was texting Andres about coming by and Andres gave a vague answer he was in our building. Did I mention the sitter turned my little dog sideways in his crate because he couldn’t figure out how to get him out for his walk? My dogs paws injuries are consistent with being dragged on the pavement according to the vet and the vet have taken photos for Rover. Can’t this platform screen vendors and comments so this doesn’t happen to anyone else? My dog is happy and loving and I came home to an expensive mess. I will probably never use this service again.
Andres always takes fantastic care of Maddox and he comes back very happy!
