About: I’ve had a dog all my life (two labs), have take care of neighbors pets and volunteered at an animal shelter in highschool. I’m a true dog lover I am available on the weekends. I woke from home Monday and Friday which are lighter days for me with availability to dog walk or sit. Samantha literally could not have been any better! She watched my pup for about a week and a half, and took such incredible care of him. He was coming down from a stomach bug when I dropped him, and she was so diligent with his medicine and providing me updates. She also got hit with a LOT of weather (like wildfire smoke, tornado watches, it was a time) and I never had to worry about him because she always knew just what to do and made sure he was safe indoors when necessary and got as many walks and breaks as were possible/safe. So many photos of the two of them cuddling. She clearly fell in love with him over the week, and I don’t think she wanted to give him back 🤣 will be using her for literally every trip possible!

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
