Vanny and Elsa had a 5-star stay with Zaina. Zaina was very flexible with scheduling a meet and greet, pick up and drop off and understanding all the care instructions for our senior girls. We got lots of pictures and regular updates and they seemed so happy and at home with Zaina. Vanny and Elsa will be back for sure for another vacation with Zaina
Xinyue was very responsive and always kept us updated every day, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Most importantly, she genuinely cared for and loved our dog, and it was clear that he was happy and comfortable with her. We really appreciated how attentive and caring she was. Sarah was amazing with Daisy! She was so easygoing and incredibly helpful, even coming to pick Daisy up, which made everything so convenient. Throughout the entire stay, she kept me updated with the cutest pictures, and Daisy clearly had a great time. She even sent Daisy home with a little gift, which was such a sweet touch. I would absolutely recommend Sarah and would happily have her watch Daisy again!

Christina takes great care of June, sends tons of updates including videos and photos, and flags anything even remotely concerning so we don't have to worry for a moment. I had such a great experience with Morgan! From the moment I first reached out until the very end of Ruby's stay, she was extremely responsive and made the entire experience so easy and reassuring. She cared for Ruby for a full week and was able to accommodate all of the requests I had for her, which I really appreciated. She sent me pictures every day along with updates on how Ruby was doing, so I always knew she was happy and being well taken care of. She even took Ruby out to different places and really made an effort to keep her comfortable, entertained, and happy throughout her stay. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing Ruby was in good hands while we were away. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be using her again in the future.
