Doosung was an excellent dog sitter! He gave plenty of communication and photo updates while my dog was boarding with him, and took my dog on walks or trips to the dog park every day. Doosung's frequent and regular communication was very comforting, and I could tell he really cares.
Crystal was an absolute lifesaver. I contacted her last minute—the night before I needed someone to look after my English Bulldog for 3 days and 2 nights, including overnight stays at my house. She replied right away and offered to help without any hesitation. She took excellent care of my senior dog, who has a restricted diet and a sensitive stomach. Crystal followed the feeding schedule carefully and handled everything really well. She also sent lots of photos and videos throughout the stay, which made me feel completely at ease while I was away. She’s kind, professional, and clearly great with dogs. My dog already misses her! If we could give them more than 5 stars, we would! Janet & Spencer cared for our two dogs as if they were their own!..they even sent them home with homemade tie-dyed bandannas! We know our dogs and we can tell they had the best time with Janet & Spencer!..we can tell they even miss them! I was so lucky to find Dave for my Golden Retriever puppy, Bentley! Dave kept me updated the entire time with plenty of photos and videos documenting all their moments together. When I picked Bentley up, I could immediately tell how much he loved staying with Dave—he was actually sad to say goodbye!
